A short time later a body believed to be that of Tracey was recovered from the Snake River with the help of the Bonneville County Sherriff’s Office and Idaho Falls PD.

Next of kin has been notified.

We would like to thank everyone for assisting us in this incident. Chief Tower will be issuing an official press release later this afternoon."

There is the temple near the river.....on the map it says "temporarily closed"
It's before the Walmart, so did she drive back to it?

Feeling very sad.
Her pictures....Becky had a look of sadness to me.
So very sorry, whatever happened....

Around 7 a.m., authorities found her vehicle at the Idaho Falls Latter-day Saint Temple parking lot, Rigby Police Chief Sam Tower said in a news release. A short time after, her body was found in the Snake River about a mile south of the vehicle.

Temples typically have security cameras - hopefully they were able to catch where her vehicle was parked and determine whether she was alone or not.

So sad... I had been thinking accident. All sudden loss is awful for the family, but suicide particularly difficult. In my experience, it takes generations before the reverberations may end. RIP Becky Ann

I can't believe she would commit suicide when she was supposed to pick her son up from the airport/ did some shopping etc.

From the parking lot to the river, she'd have to cross four lanes of traffic, cross a walking path, and then walk down a somewhat gentle slope to the river. There's no cliffs or bridges or steep embankments, from what I can tell.
