Due to the configuration of the gate/fence around the pool - through the bars would have been the only way for Braylen to get in the pool - is that correct?
Correct if he got in by himself and walked around the narrow top of wall to the steps, and video on news showed---as Miss Marple posted---the child was panicky on a tricycle with therapists on each side.
( he even had to still have his hand on wall for balance.)
It would be a drop onto concrete from six+ feet up.

original report says he was wearing a red and white mickey mouse t shirt when he went missing.....the drone footage shows a blue top i think?

whats going on here?

I think it could be a red shirt in the drone footage. You have to remember it's soaked in water so it's probably going to appear dark.

That is what I am thinking as I doubt that he would be able to climb over the fence and I haven't seen any other open gates that he could have gotten through.

That article is from September 9th when there was an angry crowd outside. This article is from September 10th:

Braylen’s death is currently being investigated by the Toledo Police Department, but so far it has not been deemed criminal and no suspects have been named.

Autopsy on Braylen Noble finds no conclusive cause of death
Harmony is one if the staff/administrator/mods

I cite quote from mod 2 pages ago.

Don't forget to catch up on previous posts.
Yeah..Ive been caught up since the beginning.
I just saw where she had been taken away by LE the day he was found.
I did see the Mod post.
The OP said she had been "Arrested" so was looking for that link.
I see OP provided link saying she was taken into custody, but no criminal charges against her so NOT Arrested.
Just trying to keep the facts straight in my head.

My opinion agrees with your opinion.

Mine too. IMO whoever put Braylen in the pool did so after activity died down the night before or in the early morning of the day he was found. The pool water was crystal clear. The pool was searched, divers were in the pool and it was searched and searched again. Even if Braylen was dressed in blue clothing and/or wrapped in a blue tarp, the divers checking the pool would have found him. Also, volunteers were meeting right next to the pool. Someone would have seen him.

Braylen Noble was only 3-years-old when he died tragically, but he left a big impression on the people who knew him including Liz Czaja, Braylen’s intervention specialist at Crossgates Preschool.

"He was loving. He was sweet. He liked to play, a lot," said Czaja.

Noble's body was found in the pool at the Hunter's Ridge Apartments in south Toledo on Wednesday, ending a nearly week-long search after he was reported missing.

On Saturday, people close to Braylen shared how their lives were impacted by the young boy.

"I bawled my eyes out last Friday when I heard. I just wanted to figure out what was going on, and I wanted to help in any way I could," said Czaja.

She remembers him as a sweet boy who was always on the move throughout her classroom.

After hearing of his disappearance, Czaja checked in with Braylen's mom on Monday and joined in the search efforts all day on Wednesday.

Yes, and we already know a if a body has in the water for a while bit would rise. A diver went in to bring up the body; it wasn't there long.

I have to believe mom.

There have been so many moms who have been proven to be guilty, and their defence has been "This accident happened and I panicked....." As a mum myself, if any accident, or deliberate act by someone else, happened that harmed my child, my life wouldn't feel worth living. I'd put myself in prison and preferably on death row rather than living with the pain of my child having died, least of all a frightening/painful death.

I'm in no way relating this to this situation. Just trying to play devil's advocate to the natural speculation. Unfortunately, I'm already aware that maternal instinct isn't intrinsic

Could you post a link?

IMO the pool could have been covered until it was first searched by LE.

I don't remember who has the video of the police on sept 4 when this started ( if it was news vid on facebook I don't have Facebook.)
The pool wasn't covered and even grandma and mom checked the pool already ( claimed to on 911 call) the TPD checked it anyway. Some people said it was clear and some not but the water was searched first before woods or anything.

I was on the fence until Braylen was found in the pool.

I heard the 911 call and IMO I'm still unsure if someone said 'I killed him, but I can relate.

I woke up one morning to find my 6 week old son dead. I was screaming on 000 'I've killed my baby' over and over.
When asked about it during the interview by police I told them the truth - I'm his mother I'm meant to keep him alive, I failed.

If one of my kids went missing now I would probably say the same thing. I would also be acting a lot different than Braylens mother has been.

Anyway I wanted to share this in case it helps with any case that may come up.
