The obvious first question would be was Gary Ridgway working on March 14th 1988? It was a Monday.

She would be his youngest confirmed victim - but not by much, as he killed at least 4 15 year olds...

It looks as though he was down to killing approximately only 1 victim per year by this stage:

I really wish that some of these young girls who went missing from Seattle in the 80s had photos available. I have noticed that there have been several that do not have any photos available.
