(Knew Rivera dumped body). $100K Bond. Also on immigration hold, no bond.
Charged (2/21/20) & indicted (3/18/20) with 3rd degree harassment of public servant.

If convicted, Rivera faces a range of punishment on the child injury charge of five to 99 years or life in prison, and a range of punishment of two to 20 years in prison for the charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Trial was set to begin on 3/16/20 continued to 7/6/20 and continued to 8/24/20 & continued to 10/19/20.

If convicted, Rivera faces a range of punishment on the child injury charge of five to 99 years or life in prison, and a range of punishment of two to 20 years in prison for the charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Trial was set to begin on 12/1/20 has been continued to 1/11/21 & continued to 1/27/21.
