Mr. Rigsby had gray or partially gray hair and wore dark horn rim glasses with tape on the nose. He was also unshaven at the time of disappearance with a beard and mustache. He has a scar on left upper arm from a previous surgery on a muscle. Mr. Rigsby was wearing a small cotton shirt, long sleeved with it rolled up. He was wearing a pair of blue jeans size 28 X 30.
