Lubbock police continue search for missing woman

The Lubbock Police Department continues to search for missing 38-year-old Vicki Gray who was last seen and heard from on June 6, 2019.

• Gray is homeless and usually seen in the area of Avenue Q.
• She has brown hair, blue eyes and is 5’6” tall.
• She is not considered dangerous.

In October, police confirmed 31-year-old Timothy Edens was a person of interest in Gray’s disappearance, the A-J reported at the time, but have not released additional details about his potential connection to the case.

Lubbock County jail records showed Edens was booked into the jail on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and having an expired driver’s license back in October, but he has since been released.

LUBBOCK, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) – The following is a news release from the Lubbock Police Department:

The Lubbock Police Department is continuing to search for missing 38-year-old Vicki Gray who was last seen and heard from on June 6, 2019.

Gray is homeless and usually seen in the area of Avenue Q. She has brown hair, blue eyes and is 5’06” in height. Gray is not considered dangerous.

31-year-old Timothy Edens is considered a person of interest. He has brown hair, brown eyes and is 5’09” in height.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gray or Edens is encouraged to call Detective Shanks at 806-775-3470.

Person of interest arrested in missing Lubbock woman case



The Lubbock Police Department has arrested 31-year-old Timothy Edens on outstanding municipal court warrants. He was listed as a person of interest in the case of a missing homeless woman.
Edens has not been charged with any crime relating to Gray’s disappearance.

Gray is homeless and is usually seen walking around Avenue Q, according to LPD.
