Police Report
Witnesses who talked to police tried to downplay the encounter, police reports show. One man is accused by police of lying about the encounter. After initially saying Marple was merely pushed, a witness conceded Marple was “body slammed” onto an asphalt parking lot.

Video shows the group of six to eight people entering the Archer. One man is seen ducking head from camera view and noticeably dripping blood from his hand. A woman who follows points to the spots dropped onto the indoor steps.

In a police report, a man said he “didn’t know where they put his body” before saying “if there is even something like that.” He told police to check the water because intoxicated people usually head that way, the report shows.

Admin of the page shared that the Cleveland Police report was just released to them (Fri, 9.25).
According to the police report both of his friends he went to Barley House with was still there when he was asked to leave; one of them even “assisted” Caleb in cashing out...yet both have said they didn’t see him/knew when he left and that’s why they left without him.

The family also answered that under the same post.
••The problem we have, all buildings that did have cameras didn’t capture what happened. Police only asked so many buildings. With time, footage isn’t stored/available. Several loved ones contacted buildings with cameras (about 30). Many in the area Caleb was found and we were told police never called them.

So I’m wondering the source of confirmation on this group jumping Caleb? I’m not at all saying it didn’t happen, but if they stated it was confirmed but no video of it was captured, then is it confirmed by witnesses?

Police reports confirm the altercation. Police actually have names for individuals involved, have interviewed them and they admit to being in the fight.

BH was just cited for continuing to serve alcohol after the COVID 19 curfew of 10:30 pm. I wonder if the curfew is having the unfortunate side effect of encouraging people to bring their own bottles of booze when out for a night of club hopping. Once the club closes up, they hang out and keep drinking? IDK.

When it comes to the person who assaulted someone with the bottle, we're talking someone from a very affluent suburb. Typical clientele at this club, where many of the pro athletes hang out. How do these people go downtown, get loaded and drive such a long distance home? Scary thought.

•The family believes he was beaten and ultimately thrown in the river, but the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has ruled his death an accident.
•Rob Slattery, a private investigator has been hired by the family to investigate.

“We’re putting together quite a puzzle here and we’re just trying to get justice for the family,” Slattery said.

•Slattery believes there is now critical information regarding witness statements and evidence regarding the condition of Marple’s body that needs to be looked at in a different light.
•Witness statements include two people who claim to have known that Marple was dead in the days after the altercation even though the body was not found until 12 days after he went missing.

Seems to be very informative based on others reactions. Wish I knew of a way to hear them.
