We know from Scheiderer's testimony that 2 of the Facebook accounts that were hacked were Hanna's and the grandmother of GW4's son, mother of GW4's ex wife.

BCI seized a Wagner laptop in Montana and found a screenshot of private Facebook messages between Hanna and the grandmother, there were also many other screen shots of messages.

The grandmother warned Hanna not to sign over custody to the Wagner's like her daughter did and Hanna says:

"I won't sign papers, ever. It won't happen. They will have to kill me first," Canepa read from the message..."

Rhoden family frustrated after hearing for Jake Wagner delayed

I don't remember hearing this about Miss Geneva, it's my guess that she will come for Jake's trial:

"...The woman, who identified herself as a sister of Kenneth and Chris Rhoden and didn’t want her name used, asked “how long is it going to take to get justice for my family?” The woman said she was sick of delays in the case and that her mother and Rhoden family matriarch, Geneva Rhoden, doesn’t come to court anymore because it’s simply too hard for her..."

And I don't remember Junk saying this:

After the hearing, Pike Co. Prosecutor Rob Junk said he wants Jake Wagner to go on trial before his brother, mother and father.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else missed it, I do remember reading that Canepa wants to set a trial date for Jake at his next hearing although I wouldn't bet on it.

I would truly like to see Miss Geneva at JW’s hearing staring him down. Especially with the new seating arrangement where he could see her. It may mean even more to him knowing she was there, in her condition, just to stare him down. She deserves that.... And so does he... for different reasons, of course. My opinion only...

Thank you CC, as I said before, you are appreciated. I feel so bad for Ms. Geneva. She is such a strong woman. I think she is around 77 yrs. old now and the pain on her face brings me to almost hating the perps who put this burden on her. Only problem.. I don't have hate in my heart against anyone. :)

In recent posts I mentioned witness testimony at trial.
It has occurred to me that I may have been misunderstood.
Sorry if I was not clear.
I did not mean witness to the crime or witness in the way that a witness would be participating in the crime.

Here is some information on Witness at Trial that may be helpful both now when we look at documents and at time of trial (if we ever get there)

Discovery

One of the first steps in preparing for trial is talking to witnesses who could be called to testify in court.

A witness is a person who saw or heard the crime take place
or
may have important information about the crime or the defendant.

Both the defense and the prosecutor can call witnesses to testify or tell what they know about the situation.

What the witness actually says in court is called testimony.

In order to testify, witnesses must take an oath to agree or affirm to tell the truth.

There are three types of witnesses:
  • A lay witness — the most common type — is a person who watched certain events and describes what they saw.

  • An expert witness is a specialist — someone who is educated in a certain area. They testify with respect to their specialty area only.

  • A character witness is someone who knew the victim, the defendant, or other people involved in the case.

  • Character witnesses usually don’t see the crime take place but they can be very helpful in a case because they know the personality of the defendant or victim, or what type of person the defendant or victim was before the crime.

  • Neighbors, friends, family, and clergy are often used as character witnesses.
To avoid surprises at trial and to determine which of the witnesses to call to testify, the prosecutor talks to each witness to find out what they may say during trial. These conversations will help the prosecutor decide whom to call as a witness in court.

Interesting. I think witnesses will be called of people who can testify to the Wagners doing everything together. We know Scheiderer testified to it but he was repeating what GW4's EX and others told him and they might need people who directly knew them personally to explain their family dynamic to the Jury.

They co-mingled their money, bought houses together, tried to do a fraudulent loan deal for a house in Missouri together, raised the 2 children together, voted on family decisions, home schooled together, never lived apart even when married, drove their truck together, worked together, vacationed together etc.. GW4 and Jake were even arrested together on the way to picking up their long hauler truck.

Cult-like Canepa called it. We were right when we said, in discussions on here, that they are an enmeshed family.

The Enmeshed Family: What It Is and How to “Unmesh”
  • Don’t talk to outsiders about what goes on in our family. That is our business and our business only.
  • What Mom and Dad say/believe/think/feel about you is what is right, never mind that you are 45 years old and have been on your own for 27 years.
  • It’s okay for you to be a little bit different from us in some ways, but there is a line that you can’t cross in this family and still be accepted.
  • Even as adults, you will conform to the wishes of “the family” instead of make your own mind up about how, where, and with whom you wish to live your life.

A Pike County Sheriff's truck hauled away two four-wheel vehicles from the farm just before 6 p.m.

Tierney said he doubted that the attorney general's office would have additional information Friday.

Seven adults and a teenage boy from the Rhoden family were found shot to death at four homes near Piketon, in the foothills of Appalachia. In addition to Kenneth, 44; and Hannah, 19, the others killed were Christopher Rhoden Jr., 16, Christopher Rhoden Sr., 40, Clarence Rhoden, 20, Dana Rhoden, 37, Gary Rhoden, 38 and Hannah Gilley, 20.

In April, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said there had been “significant progress” in the investigation but authorities have made no arrests, making the Pike County, Ohio murders one of the prolific unsolved murders in the nation.

Authorities have said the killers were familiar with the homes, the surrounding area and most likely the family. Officials have said they found three "commercial-grade" marijuana grow operations at Kenneth Rhoden's home and Christopher Rhoden's property.

So Sleuthers why did the LE take the two red Four Wheelers????

BBM

One opinion, it was because they needed to impound them to look for crime evidence on them. Blood, DNA, whatever BCI knows to look for.

Other opinion, the 4 wheelers were obtained by the Wagner's under suspicious circumstances, such as they were bought from someone who stole them.

Remember, Billy was arrested for having a shed full of stolen items and asked the officer if he could "just pay a fine."

Also, there are other shady things in Billy and Angela's background listed on the PC court site and there was theft from a boot company probably listed in another court jurisdiction. Then you have the fraudulent mortgage loan the family tried to take out, trying to buy a house in Missouri for some reason.

I think the two 4 wheelers belonged to LE. IIRC.

Where is it that the BCI looked at Angela SUV????

The Discovery doesn't say where her SUV was parked. It wasn't at the US 41 car lot with the trailers. She was trying to sell it and if it was sold then BCI would have served the Search Warrant to the new owners.

Something else to remember about with all that you have said: wittiness: The guy that was living in the camper behind Big Chris mobile home, Jake Wagners (wife), George Wagner iv (Ex-Wife), The lady on IHART radio she was family to Jake, heard Jake say several times he was going to kill Hanna May, Bobby Jo and James, Rita Newcomb, Chris Newcomb,
Several witnesses that will be called to the witness stand to testify against the Wagners, JMO
I have a feeling Jake's wife overheard things she wish she didn't hear. That girl took off quick and I bet she off hiding. Was she gone before Jake and all wear arrested?
