Circumstances of Discovery
The victim was located in an abandoned house at 1800 Ennis, in Houston, Texas on May 18, 1990. One or both hands were not recovered.

Today's google maps data shows the area where she was found after gentrification of the neighborhood and surrounding areas in the mid-late 1990s. The shotgun shacks and abandoned buildings of mid-town were replaced by expensive condos around that time. It was a major cultural shift.

So many young POC unidentified... I found a few NCMEC young women who went missing around March 1990 but not from Texas. I suppose they could have been abducted and trafficked to Texas. Great dental health but no missing persons report. And no wisdom teeth which makes me think that she was on the younger end of the spectrum.
