Reported missing over a month later... ugh. Where was Susanna living?

Last seen at 7th and I-35 on April 21st at 4am. That's a pretty specific timeframe but if she was not reported missing until May 24th, would that account be more likely to have come from a person or video?

Why such a delay in reporting?

On one hand, I'm not sure many businesses or homes would store 1 month of surveillance video, and it would be extremely time consuming to comb through 1 month of vid. On the other hand, you're right, that is extremely specific. Maybe someone gave an approximate time and date at a specific location, and it has been verified by video?? The pic (the 2nd one) did kind of resemble a surveillance image.

I'm equally puzzled by the delay in the Missing Person report. It's sad that it took over a month for anyone to realize/be concerned about her absence, especially during a time when travel was reduced or restricted due to COVID. It seemed many people were checking on friends and family more often during that time. :(

Anyone familiar with that area? Wondering what businesses might be located at that intersection?

IMO perhaps it was normal for people to not hear from her for extended periods of time. JMO

Well I’m not positive on exact businesses as it’s been a couple months since I’ve been down in the Austin area (at least christmas time) and it’s the next block over from 6th street - which in downtown Austin is a street of all bars and stuff on the west side of the highway.

This is obviously speculation and my opinion only, but perhaps she was experiencing homelessness? 7th Street at I-35 is home to a large homeless encampment. If she were homeless and not connected with friends and family, that could possibly explain the delay in the missing persons report. I hope her loved ones find her soon.
