You are very welcome. Sorry for the delay. It’s been a bit hectic around these parts. Looks like we are going back to stay at home here. Our ICU bed capacity fell to under 15% overnight. Christmas is going to be decimated. No households are allowed to gather with others. We are going to bring my mother to our house so she’s not stuck by herself for the next month. My dad passed away last month so it would be a double whammy for her not to see her kids and grandkids.

No, not from COVID! He was almost 90 and had a massive heart attack. It was quick which is the way he wanted to go. He was about to start dialysis and just wasn’t eager about it. His quality of life wasn’t there. Still, we all miss him especially around Christmas - his favorite holiday. You just reminded me that I need to pull out the Xmas decorations and do the tree this weekend. I’m glad you’re doing well!

@Niner The court docket shows that she was having a sentencing and report hearing this morning at 8:30 am. I’ll check the docket again tomorrow to see if it has any more information after today’s hearing. I wonder if she will do time served or be moved to prison. Hopefully we will know more tomorrow.

@Niner The updated docket says the defendant was sentenced but doesn’t have any information about what that sentence may be. There was a Prop 63 - Firearm Relinquishment report filed by a probation officer which makes me think she was released on probation. Now to see if his trial starts today.

@Niner His docket shows a trial confirmation hearing on 1/22 at 8:30 am and a jury trial on 1/25 at 9:30 am. There is also a motion to compel hearing on 1/22 at 8:30 am so today’s hearing was continued until then.

As to Rosalina Perez Lopez, her docket shows the case was disposed as of 1/14/21 due to a plea of nolo contendere and her docket shows that she was recommended to the probation department so she’s out. She will probably testify against him IMO.
 
The last images of Cecilia Cabrera were captured on security footage from the Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore, California. It was just before 1 a.m. on June 9, 2016, when the 31-year-old was seen leaving the casino in her dark grey Chevrolet Malibu. Several hours later, a call came in to the California State Highway Patrol that a burning vehicle had been discovered in an orchard near Goshen, about 30 miles away from the casino. It was Cecilia’s car, but she was not inside. Cecilia was last seen with her husband, Francisco Valdivia. In December of 2016, the Tulare County District Attorney's office filed charges against Valdivia for felony murder and arson. A woman, Rosalina Lopez, who was also married to Valdivia, was charged with one felony count of being an accessory to murder after the fact. Valdivia and Lopez were arraigned at the Tulare County Pretrial Facility on Dec. 14. There was no bail was set for Valdivia and bail for Lopez was set at $500,000. According to the Sun Gazette in June 2019, Cecilia’s son, Juan, has joined the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Program and plans to pursue a career as a TCSO Deputy Sheriff.
