Can I ask you if there are charges regarding each of the court case #s? I did not have the first one - ...203 one. I noticed he does have 3 charges against him & wondering which one is "which".

arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with 1st degree murder with malice & special circumstance murder of torture.
 
Tried the Riverside jail site, but he is not coming up??!! @kkdj - can you check the court site - and "see" what is going on? Is he still in jail?

Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with 1st degree murder with malice & special circumstance murder of torture. Plead not guilty. No bond (was $1M bond). Eligible for DP. Riverside County #RIF1901251 (child abuse), RIF1901410 (murder) & RIF2010203 (murder & child abuse)

12/4/20 Update: Deputy Public Defender Brian Cosgrove on Friday, Dec. 4, declared a conflict of interest for his office in representing McIntosh. Cosgrove did not elaborate to Superior Court Judge O.G. Magno. A hearing to appoint a new attorney for McIntosh, 34, was scheduled for Monday, 12/7/20.
12/7/20 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 12/11/20. 12/11/20 Update: Indictment was unsealed on Friday. McIntosh is charged with 1 count of murder with a special circumstance allegation of torture & 1 count of willful child cruelty. The special circumstance allegation makes the elder McIntosh eligible for the death penalty, but the district attorney has not yet said if the prosecution will seek the death penalty. The indictment announced Friday was the result of a secret grand jury hearing, during which the prosecution presented evidence, including witness testimony, and jurors determine whether a person should be officially charged with a crime. Next trial readiness hearing for case #RIF2010203 & felony settlement conference hearing for case #RIF1901251 on 2/18/21.
*Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 37) “mother” – 12/19/19: Plead guilty. Sentencing hearing date on 4/8/21. Was released from custody on own recognizance.

Godfrey plead guilty (12/19/19) & was released from custody (10/15/20) on own recognizance.
