Julie Aquisalas King
The Charley Project

NOTE: There are conflicting dates between sources (NamUs, The Charley Project, Doe Network) regarding her birth date and DLC (date of last contact). I will post the case files from the other sources in this thread.

It appears that The Charley Project went ahead and listed her age as 24 since she would have turned 24 during the month of August, which is when she was supposedly last seen. If she had actually disappeared on August 1st, she would have still been 23.

NOTE: There are conflicting dates between sources (NamUs, The Charley Project, Doe Network) regarding her birth date and DLC (date of last contact). I will post the case files from each source.

Doe Network lists her DOB as August 19,1957, which would have made her 33 or 34 depending on the day in August 1991 that she disappeared. The Charley Project (details in the first post of this thread) lists her DOB as August 19, 1967, which would have made her 23 or 24 depending on the day in August 1991 that she disappeared.

Husband never reports her missing...... sigh. I wonder where he put her....

Yep... it's got to be the husband! your wife goes missing and you're not concerned so her family living abroad ends up reporting her? Yep, it's Lance. He killed her for whatever reason and then hid her body somewhere... not so hard to do in Florida with lots of swamps...

All my opinions only: This poor woman and her children (who lost their mother.) She obviously didn't just leave, or her husband would have contacted her family to ask if she went there and would have contacted law enforcement worried about her safety.

Can't find many good matches but did notice this one:

NamUs #UP7724
D.B.F: May 21, 1995
Estimated PMI: Years
Sex: Female
Race: Uncertain
Age: 40-90
Height: 4'11
Weight: Cannot estimate
Circumstances: Remains were found by a diver snorkeling on the south side of Bear Cut Bridge. Remains were skeletonized. Head not recovered. Torso not recovered. One or both hands not recovered.

No exclusions on Namus.

He worked at the Holiday Inn in a service job. Interesting that it was the kids (age 6 & 3) that told LE where he worked?

Betting he had access to cleaning products, linens, dumpsters, etc. He could have transported her from a vehicle trunk, put her in a laundry cart and rolled her remains to a dumpster.

Those kids are in their 30s now. I wonder how curious they are about their mother’s disappearance.

Poor woman left for the United States for love and ended up dead because of the trash of a husband she had... the ones who suffer the most are the boys... in Florida she could have disappeared quickly... why did he make her come to the USA if she was I going to kill? I never report anything and the damned thing should be free...
either way
rest in peace Julie
