Jury selection set to begin in trial of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles’ brother charged with murder in Cleveland New Year’s Eve party shooting

Snips:
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Jury selection begins Tuesday in the trial where the brother of U.S. Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles is charged with multiple counts of murder in a shooting at a 2018 New Year’s Eve party in Cleveland that killed three.

Judge Joan Synenberg, who has presided over the case since Biles-Thomas’ September 2019 arraignment, has barred news organizations from live-streaming the proceedings and issued orders restricting the number of people allowed inside the courtroom.

Okay - jury selection! I'll have to add that to my notes. So I am "guessing" that jury was picked since they had 7 witnesses on the court site stuff....

Here is clip from the PDF but I can't say for sure what Count 9 is unless they mean the sentence above which is "PLEA OFFER PLACED ON THE RECORD."

On the Table of Charges they are not numbered either.
