MISSING | Can you help us find Frank Cornish III? Last seen 5:30 a.m., 4200 block of Hunt Dr. Left home without his cell phone and the oxygen he needs. 77 years old. Burgundy sweat pants, white/orange jersey, house shoes. Driving a white Ford F-150 with temp. plates.

CARROLLTON, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Frank Cornish III, a retired NFL player who played in the late 60s and early 70s, has been reported as missing in Carrollton, according to police.

Where would he be heading at 5:30am and why leave his cell and oxygen? Seems like maybe he was in a hurry - I'm thinking could be he got a call for help from someone and he took out of there?

Frank Cornish III, a 77-year-old former NFL player who lives near Texas 121 and Hebron Parkway, left his home Friday morning without his phone or required oxygen.


He is believed to be driving a white Ford F-150 pickup truck with temporary plates.

Carrollton police said a Silver Alert has not been issued for Cornish because his diagnosis does not meet the requirements for one.
