MOO I think if JW has ratted out any other family members they would have been charged by now.

I would not bet the farm on that. AC, would not anyone, except AW. BW3 & GW#4. Going to trail before she gets pleas, or them into court. If someone demanded, like they did before to have a Speedy Trail, a lot of stuff, the prosecution does not want out yet, could be made public.

I think, the best chance for the four Wagner's would have been to demand, speedy trails, in the beginning. The State/ prosecution, could never had 4 death penalty trails at once, or that quickly.
All my opinion.
BW/ beat a previous charge on that before?

Good point, I can see why you would say that.
But, I don't think so because AC will not tip her hand publicly.
Also I don't think she would complicate things at this critical point in time.
There will be time to charge others later if necessary.
Especially the one close to the cross, as her original charges can be reinstated quickly by the Prosecutor if AC believes it is necessary.
Just MO.
You made a very good point, AC can always file on them later.

I bet he regrets the day that he was talked out of his speedy trial. I am hoping he wants the DP dropped so he can file for speedy again, although it will not go well.

Exactly what I thought, that speedy trial was their best shot.

Apparently Billy feels the same and has regrets.

Yes pretty sure Billy got off due to speedy trial.

What I mentioned earlier, looks like FW and Jake are both wearing bulletproof vests for their arraignments.

Fredericka Wagner, 76, of Lucasville, covers her face as she walks into the Pike County Courthouse for her arraignment Thursday, November 15, 2018.

Edward “Jake” Wagner, 26, of South Webster is escorted into the back of the Pike County Courthouse by police for his arraignment on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in Waverly, Ohio.

It does look like they have on vests. Wonder if they have them on every time they are transported until they get in court. We do not see any shots of them arriving any more.

I don't think Jake would incriminate his grandma in any way. She is wealthy and could greatly contribute to his commissary account. She could influence who visits him like RW.

Just too risky to hurt the goose who lays the golden eggs because there is nothing in it for Jake. He gets nothing out of making her look bad. Informing on his immediate family got him something big time.

I think she is mortified at what has now transpired but there is still the chance that in future she or RW will do something for him.

At least accept his calls but right now no. (I think)

When the time comes we will be able to see his classification and what prison and what unit he's in. I predict Southern Ohio Correctional Facility - Maximum security prison located just outside Lucasville in Scioto County, Ohio. Only prison that is listed as 100% maximum. There are other prisons that house maximum security inmates.

Southern Ohio Correctional Facility

The prison is perhaps best known for its April 1993 riot, in which a total of 450 prisoners rioted, resulting in an 11-day standoff between rioters and law enforcement. One corrections officer and nine inmates were killed during the riot.[2] The riot has been described as one of the largest crises in Ohio prison history[3] and one of the longest prison sieges in U.S. history.[4]
One of JW's "gets" could be he stays in prison locally as to see his daughter, IMO

RN.
Why would she have been a notary?
What reason did she have?
What need?
I think that is a good question.
MO
RN had been a teacher at some point. It is not uncommon to have a notary within a school district. There are certain government documents, grant applications etc. that need to be notarized.

That might be the reason she initially became a notary. Notaries do need to get renewed every several years. Just requires a simple form and a fee.

There is no saying why she felt the need to keep her notary license current...

George doesn't have one on every time he is transported.

I'm trying to find the photo.

It is a photo of George after his 2nd Bond Hearing. He is outside being escorted into a police car. He is wearing a horizontal red and white striped jail uniform. It has a low cut V-neck.

It's clear that he is not wearing a bulletproof vest. I'm sure from what I saw.

I found another photo of a Wagner in a bulletproof vest.

This is George at his arraignment in his bulletproof vest. I posted earlier a photo of both FW and Jake wearing bullet proof vests at their arraignments.

I'm not so sure there will be anything left for R to inherit..
JMO
I assume she has had most of her assets in a trust for for a long time and if so I do not believe those can be won in a trial. It does depend on what kind of trust etc. There still may be assets to get in a civil trial though. People that are wealthy usually have people to advise them how to protect their stuff.

Did the state not turn over the proffer?

G4- 8/16/2021 MOTION NO. 72 TO COMPEL DISCOVERY AND FOR SANCTIONS (EVIDENTIARY HEARING REQUESTED) (VIA FAX) Attorney: NASH, JR, RICHARD M Attorney: PARKER, JOHN PATRICK
After this motion was filed today, a motion was filed today by Junk for another extension, then Defense filed another extension objection today. I do not have those two documents.
