As far as the “criminal investigation”.. even if he didn’t kill her, but instead she had an accident or he just left her there and stole her van to drive home.. he would still be a criminal, yes?

Re: TFRs: I am an airplane pilot. Through the FAA, government agencies, organizations, and even private citizens can request a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction) for just about any valid reason or event. Pilots check for TFR’s before every flight because they can just pop up suddenly.

A TFR does keep MOST but not ALL aircraft out. Aircraft can request authorization to enter the TFR.

Aircraft can and do legally enter a Presidential / VIP TRF (one of the most restrictive) if they have permission and good reason (e.g. local airports, commercial airlines, medivac, etc.) ATC wants to know who you are and where you are going. In such circumstances authorized aircraft are monitored very closely on radar and through radio communication.

Unauthorized aircraft in a TFR will be intercepted by the military and escorted out of the area and ordered to land at nearby airport. Authorities will then determine if the pilot was a threat or just stupid or careless with navigation and flight planning (most common). A serious threat will be shot down if the situation warrants it.

In this search case and due to the ease of obtaining a TFR, I wouldn’t put too much importance on it as being an indication of any significant find. It’s simply like closing a street for LE activity.

I was so spooked by a vid of the van.

In the one I saw, a man went over and over it:

the closing of the door, the view of the front of the van after they passed it. It was late at night and I was truly spooked.

Thank God all those wonderful doggies were in the shot to counteract my feelings of fear and sadness.
Want to be spooked more? Look at the slowed down vid and stills, almost looks like Gabby is in the passenger seat.

THIS!!!!
So, Brian does a 2300 mile runner, returns without his girlfriend, goes for a bike ride with Mom, helps Dad tune up the lawn mower, then mows the family's lawn before he disappears into gator world?
I don't see any suicidal behavior brewing here.
Brian is a rather composed guy owing to his circumstances.

This makes me so sick. On the surface, someone could think Brian told his parents that Gabby was with a friend or stayed behind.

Except his parents ignored Mom's texts. And then their actions since then are horrible.

I don't know if that's him, (there are a lot of guys who look like BL imho), but how creepy to be looking through a trail camera and seeing that pop up??
The hair line, the nose, the huge forehead and the eyebrows do it for me. The area does too and then add in multiple sitings around mobile. I don’t think his doppelgänger is trekking through this property ironically.

I have been so spooked too. Imagine having a deer cam and seeing that!

The odd text message that was said “can you help Stan?”

Could have potentially been her saying “Send The Authorities Now”.

Just speculating of course.

This has been my thought since the details of this text came out. She needed help and sent it knowing her mother would be concerned.

If their coward son couldn't make a missing person call at the very least the day he arrived back in Florida, why on earth didn't his parents? They knew Gabby wasn't with her vehicle since their son came home alone with it. It just makes me furious how irresponsible they were as human beings.... If my own son's came home from this exact same type of trip without their wives/girlfriends I'd force my kids to do the right thing, it wouldn't even be a choice, it would be a necessity. Let the chips fall where they may.

No not torture but he could have struck her hard the 26th and she was not doing well the 27th and succumbed the 28th- I’m recalling the beating I think Gannon took that’s why I’m wondering about those 3 days

Not sure this has been brought up but could he have drowned her? She was located closer to the stream than the van? Just thinking

Here is a thought...just a thought...what if they publicly release that the autopsy revealed it was a suicide (obviously privately notifying her family first and getting their approval) to try to get BL to resurface, thinking the heat is off and then swarm him when he does...

AFAIK there's no verification that BL has ever been on the AT. At its most southern point, the AT is 600 miles away from North Port.
On the interview room last night, Chris said he claimed (BL) to have 100's of miles on the AT. Several minutes of discussion between Chris and his wilderness survival expert guest on BL's capabilities of hiding on the AT.

I mean, it could be him but, JMO, he looks a little bigger than the pictures and videos we have seen of him.
Still, what's a random guy doing out roaming the woods at 6:17am on September 20th in Florida?

Also, changing the subject, do you think they restricted air space because arm chair detectives have decided to fly personal drones throughout the preserves? Perhaps getting in the way or something?

Did you look at her arms just above the elbows? Looks to me like he was restraining her at one point. Just wanted to point that out if you didn't see it.
I did see that and it very clearly paints the picture of him having had a firm grip on her arms. But no one is denying he attempted to restrain her. Intent to restrain is not an intent to harm and that was the argument. I would try to restrain someone coming at me too. Especially someone coming at my face. /JMO

If that is indeed him on the deer cam in Baker.. baker seems to be a thing that’s being repeated here.. Baker picked “him” up as a hitchhiker. Baker Florida possible sighting.. seems weird!
This seems unlikely to me. The distance alone would be hard to negotiate. It's about 500 miles, and if he was set on reaching Baker, and he was on foot, he would have to literally cover 22 hrs a day to arrive there in 7 days. It does look very similar to him, though. Except that guy has hair, and the length as far as I can figure since BL was shaved right down, would have taken at least a month I think to grow to that length, IMO

You've been through just a couple of these I'd imagine. Curious as to your thoughts. One would assume they have credible evidence to devote this amount of manpower to this hunt. Do you feel that's based solely on the info the parents provide or do you think they have additional information to support that theory. The cost of this 3rd search alone has to be insane

I have a feeling he won't be found but I sure hope I'm wrong
Yeah, whatever the source of this information, I've got to believe that they believe there's a good chance he's there.

People were questioning how they knew he arrived in Florida on the 1st. It turned out a license plate reader and witness sightings were the source, and not the family.

Likewise, I don't believe it's merely the family's statement that they are going off in regards to this particular search.

So even if he's not there, I believe he was there.
