Wow. This seems like a completely inappropriate thing to file against a person that is missing (less than a year).... unless you're sure he isn't going to show up in court. What purpose would this serve?

Here’s the same story, just in an article instead of video…

‘We just want Josh found’: Family still looking for Putnam County man 5 months after he was reported missing | WKRN News 2

Bohannon’s family said at the beginning of June his wife, Jessica, told them he’d gone missing. The last place they’d gone together was Burgess Falls.

His aunt, Vickie Jones, filed a missing person’s report but says local law enforcement has told them virtually nothing. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office did confirm to News 2 they are actively working the case and have not yet classified this as a criminal investigation.

In the meantime, Bohannon’s family has hired a private investigator to help them in their search.

There is a joint investigation between White and Putnam Counties and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation into Bohannon’s disappearance. If you know anything about what happened you are asked to call any of those three agencies.

Bohannon’s family is offering a $5,000 reward for information on his whereabouts.

Is CPS trying to terminate the parental rights of both parents or only him? I speculate there must be quite a history.:(

There is a surprising Lack of information about this disappearance. Why were they at the Park? Were the kids with them, were the going for a hike? What supplies did they have eg water. What time was he reported as missing. How did they become separated. In my experience someone with severe diabetes usually carries insulin with them, for emergency. At least my family member does . Where is his phone?
Sorry if this info is already out there. I just couldn't find it. I hope the private investigator finds out more.
