DOB 2-1982. Significant rap sheet with charges dating back to 2004, some of them violent and many involving operating after revocation or without valid license.

I thought the driving was a lot like that truck that plowed into people in Nice on Bastille Day.

In that incident the rig ran into crowds milling around waiting to watch fireworks and it was full of explosives. The death toll was very high.

- DV charges
- strangulation/suffocation
- resisting/obstructing
- operating without valid license
- operating after revoked
- substantial battery
- weapons offenses
- failure to pay child support

He was literally just returned on a warrant for the child support stuff on 11/18.

Yes, you are reading that correctly. He also was returned on warrant for child support on Thursday.

I am local, my daughter has marched in this parade and we had many friends and family there. Thank God I am not feeling well and did not go. There is NOTHING to suggest that this was in any way connected to the verdict in the Rittenhouse trial. It is looking to most likely be gang related.

Sounds like we are in the same area... cool to have another WS'er around, but hate the circumstances that made us figure that out.

And yes, absolutely likely to be gang related. As someone who's been around town on and off the last 15-20 years this area is known for having drug and gang problems.

Ok. I guess my question is, why would gang members purposely drive through a Christmas parade full of children?

That's not that far in Milwaukee terms. Just because he has that address listed does not mean he was staying there IMO.

Imo, it's about 50/50 of those that kill themselves. Plenty get arrested because they are too cowardly to kill themselves.

Seriously doubt it is gang related. Never heard of that type of gang activity.

It does not appear to be a targeted event, the suspect was fleeing another criminal incident

He was out of jail after posting $1000 bond a few days ago.
