The next court hearing may be moved to Truro Crown Court for Monday.
Court staff believe the next hearing of Ackland may not be heard at Plymouth Crown Court. It is likely that the short hearing will take place at Truro Crown Court as the appropritely qualified judge for murder cases is sitting in Truro on Monday.
However, it is likely any trial would eventually be brought back to Plymouth to be heard.
