Lampard drives a white 2009 Toyota Camry with license plate "DC89092".

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information about where Lampard may be to call them at (815) 895-2155 or through Crime Stoppers at (815) 895-3272.

Lampard, 33, was last heard from at 3 a.m. Tuesday. His last known location was in Genoa, Illinois.

Any information on Lampard’s whereabouts should be given to the Genoa Police Department, (815) 784-6633.

He had an arrest in 2020 for driving under the influence of drugs. Police reports for Aug. 19 I worry, if he's still using and driving he might have ended off of the road. With single-digit wind chills, he could have become incapacitated quickly if that was the case. Hoping he's just with friends and out of contact.
