A BBC spokesperson is now saying that once the family arrive from the airport (in about an hour) they will go into a briefing, then there will be an announcement. The announcement could be that the queen is delegating some powers ... or worse.

The spokesperson is also saying that the Palace has not asked the media to "dial it down" so they know things are very serious.

How convenient that H&M were in London for another event, which has been cancelled, now making their way to Balmoral. Personally I think she has passed and the world just doesn't know it yet. Under "medical supervision" may mean Doctors are by her side. All jmo
