Also, since they were shot mostly outside the trailer HOW were they escorted/moved into the trailer? They had to be quite incapacitated. Unless I missed something.

I think the state's attorney said the victims were inside and shot from the outside. The front door was open and they shot through the screen door and through the open door.

I don't know what size shoe Billy is, but I am imagining larger than 10.5 and 11 (which is the size AW bought at Walmart) then it's really damning because Jake's testimony puts him there, AW's testimony and evidence puts her buying shoes that prints were found at the crime scene exactly where I'm assuming Jake put both of them moving bodies and if all that lines up, then who else would have been wearing the shoes? 1 person doesn't wear 2 different size shoes to throw off a crime scene and frame their brother.. dad doesn't even wear these shoes and if the size is way off, wouldn't even be able to wear them so who else is walking around on top of the blood while it's wet? Not the victims because they have access to their shoes so wouldn't be them walking around with bullet wounds to their head.

How do they know it wasn't the Dad wearing the shoes?

So that only proves that Angela purchased the shoes. How do they prove those shoes were on George's foot?

If the size matches and Billy is a size much larger, then who else would it be? To me it isn't a "nail in the coffin" but it sure corroborates what evidence we have and the account of the night that Jake and Angela told. They have factual proof that Angela bought 2 pairs in 2 different sizes on the same day. If Billy is excluded and those footprints are in the exact place that Jake said they were, then it sure is backing up his story.

the I'm going to go back to listen to this part of AC's opening again because she explained what happened at each scene according to Jake. Now that we have heard all this testimony, I want to compare it to what she said about Jakes account of the shooting.

In openings she told us JW version of events from his proffer which she knows does not match the ballistics, so I am utterly confused as to how they are going to explain the anomalies

defense could argue that like JW and GW BW wore shoes that were different to his regular shoe choices, so he wore shoes a few sizes too small, and it was he who left impressions, if AW has said the same as JW that GW wasn't involved with planning, then state has shoe print evidence that will be challenged as to who wore them, it has JW saying GW was their but we now know his proffer proves he has lied and how AC is going to explain why she accepted his proffer when it doesn't match the evidence I don't know, and we have GW belonged to the Wagner cult, and I could not use that he was part of the Wagner cult who planned these murders if their is no evidence of his planning,

I think the witness mentioned one shot from the outside front that passed through the back of the trailer to outside, and they attempted doing trajectory on that.

He did say no shots fired from inside the trailer to outside.

It's obvious there was a barrage fired at the front door, so that right there contradicts JW's version as AC outlined it. Maybe?

But a jury isn't tasked with determining what is easier. To me the fact that it is wet outside does not prove that it rained.

I agree. The only diagram I could find (posted a couple pages back) showed the trailer with spots indicating ballistics evidence and the mark of blood on the floor where bodies were dragged. It didn't show blood spatter or pools, which I assume are on a different diagram. I'm guessing same for the shoeprint evidence, perhaps a similar diagram with those marked on it.

Hopefully someone in the news media will post the last 2 diagrams. They're not graphic or bloody, just drawings, so it should be ok. Then we may get an idea of where people stood, where shot.

It seems like they both ended up getting shot and killed in the same general area, not far from the door. Yeah, it looks like Gary may have been closer to the door, possibly.

I have to keep reminding myself they were standing in front of an open door.

Do you think she accepted the proffer without knowing all the evidence?? I don't see that happening. Did she accept his proffer knowing that it would not match the evidence? Was not all of the test finished when she accepted the proffer or did she accept the proffer giving JW the chance to tell the truth but he didn't so proffer is off the table?? Or am I confused
