If so you would think you would see multiple vehicles on the road during that time of night or early morning..which goes to show the stupidity of the W men being out on the road on opening day of turkey season.
I just looked up the sunrise and twilight times for April 22, 2016.

Sunrise that day 6:28am
Civil twilight = 5:58am (just enough light for most things to be distinguishable)

My husband hunts. He is a dedicated hunter and will get up well before the sun to get the right spot and be all set up. He has never driven to his hunting spots 3-5 hours before any light. I think it's safe to say that anyone driving from 1am to 330am is likely not going to their hunting spots. I'd say 5am sure I'd believe it.. maybe even 4am-430 if they were driving far, but these trucks are going exactly how Jake said they would be. If he had no idea there was any camera or video of them and told his version, then they have video showing the exact thing he said at the times he said.. It does seem reasonable that this was them doing what he said they were.

Prison Intake
Inmates sentenced to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction are processed through one of three reception centers, based on their gender and/or county of commitment. The Ohio Reformatory for Women, located in Marysville, is responsible for intake processing of all female inmates sentenced to serve a period of incarceration within a DRC facility. Male inmates are assigned to their designated intake center based upon their county of commitment. The Lorain Correctional Institution, located in Grafton, Ohio, processes male inmates from twenty-five counties in the northern part of Ohio. Male inmates from the remaining sixty-three counties are processed through the Correctional Reception Center, located in Orient, Ohio.

Processing Summary

Upon admission to a designated ODRC intake center, offenders are photographed and fingerprinted as part of the identification process. Physical, dental, and eye examinations are conducted. And if she had stayed with CH what would the Ws do then??? what if CRjr stayed the night at a friends?? what if KR had been with a lady friend?? they had to have known HR was home as were all of the victims.
If only we had the texts exchanged between Jake and Hannah that day. If she was supposed to go back to Corey's then what if she did that. How would Jake know she wasn't there? Somehow they had to know. Maybe seeing the car in the driveway? Not sure that would have to mean she was home, but maybe.

The feed is still live, but I guess they'll just come back and say goodnight.

edit ... They're back, judge speaking about admissable/non-admissable evidence. ... and I must go....
Court adjourned right after 5:00 eastern time. It came back on for about 5 minutes. The judge was ruling something about a 2014 phone call that was admitted as evidence.I'm not sure if the call was played in court or not or just testimony about the call. The judge was telling the jury how it could and couldn't be used as evidence to the Wagners being guilty of murder or not. IMO-the call had to do with violent tendencies of the Wagners back then (2014). Hopefully a reporter will tweet about the ruling.

PIKE COUNTY TRIAL: Official word from the court - testimony resumes Friday morning.

This is really good. Says alot about Corey and Hanna and Kendra. Not only did Jake lock Hanna in a bedroom so she couldn't see her dad, she wouldn't let Kendra be around Hanna when she was pregnant with Jake's daughter.

Corey says Hanna told him Jake kept her "locked up" in the bedroom and she couldn't even go see her dad Chris Sr.

Kendra says she wasn't allowed to be around during Hanna's pregnancy - says Jake was who wouldn't let her be there.

Because George has no clear defense because he was at the crime scenes. This goes along with Ohio law. You can't go along on 8 murders, participating, and not get convicted of murder. My opionion from my research.

Will the jury believe George did not go to any murder scenes but instead stayed home?

Will the jury believe George knew nothing about his family planning the murders?

Will the jury believe George did absolutely nothing as far as participating in the murders?

Will the jury believe George had no chance to warn Reader and LE and stop the murders?
I am beginning to wonder what will the jury believe? Trying to put myself in the place of a juror seated in this courtroom listening to testimony and perhaps wondering, What is the Evidence Against George? I hope the verdict doesn't come down to one juror with reasonable doubt creating a deadlock.

I believe the jury will believe George was at the crime scenes.

I believe the jury will believe George was part of his family's murder crime conspiracy and helped them in some ways.

I believe the jury will know that George knew all about what his family was planning.

I believe the jury will understand that George could have stopped the murders but refused to do so out of his family cult loyalty.

I believe the jury will believe enough of the witness testimony and evidence to convict George.

I believe the jury will believe enough of Jake and Angela's testimony to convict George.

I believe the jury will convict him of enough of the 22 charges to put him in prison for a long time.

I think people under estimate the power of co-defendants turning State's evidence and getting up on the stand and testifying under oath, and all the pressure that entails.

I believe the jury will not think anyone but the Wagners, including George, committed the murders and crimes. No Cartels, no bad business deals, no revenge by other people, no drug wars, no nothing. Just simply The Wagner Crime Family plotting and planning and buying and practicing and spying etc....Including George.

BBM - Especially when the co-defendant is getting nothing good from this deal. He isn't blaming it all on another and getting a sweet deal so he avoids extra prison time. He will die in prison. He admitted to killing 5. He said George didn't shoot anyone. He has not made his own roll less in order to make his brother's role more. It will be believable because the deal he got is not some sweet deal that lets him off the hook. Often a co-defendant pins it all on another and then yes, I think it's harder to trust what is said because when there are 2 people and one say the other did it and and the other says the first did it.. then what? This is very different.

In order for a jury to think Jake and Angela are lying, the defense will have to show that there was a conspiracy to pin this one another.. well that fails because they aren't pinning it on George at all.. So it's just not going to fly unless George takes the stand and his story is more believable than Jake and Angela.

Judge Deering is reading an instruction to the jury regarding bad acts and the fact they are not to be used to assess the character of the defendant. But, can be considered to evaluate a scheme, etc.
@LawCrimeNetwork

Is the hearing still going on?

Here's WCPO article about today. They also didn't report anything about Chelsea's testimony.

No report on the last witness either from Chris Graves

Maybe court ran long, past 5 and they all hopped in their cars to drive back to Cincinnati. May be a while before they report on the last part of the hearing.

All the reporters mentioned the WLWT video of Billy, George and Jake attending Gary Rhoden's funeral in KY. Looking back on it, how did LE not think that was odd? They went all the way down to KY with their dyed hair and Billy with bruises all over his face to attend the funeral of a guy they barely knew. That should have been a big red flag. Any LE officer should know killers often do this just to see what people are saying about the murders and who they're accusing.

The very last sentence of this article says that more family will be testifying next week, including maybe JW's 2 grandmothers (FW and is the other one named Rita something with the last name staring with N?) Sorry I can't remember her name.
Also towards the end of this article, it says that the defense still has to cross examine Chelsea Robinson on Monday morning, so we may not hear any live testimony until after morning break on Monday.

I'm sure the hearing isn't still going on. Everything ended right after 5:00 p.m. eastern time. At least the jury was dismissed then. I guess they could have a meeting with the lawyers and judge after that though. I really don't know how that all works.

They probably all jumped in their cars as soon as court let out and haven't posted yet. They probably just got back to Cincinnati at this point. It's probably close to a 2 hour drive in traffic.

Here's Angenette Levy's article for Law and Crime

BBM- I just googled South Shore, KY (where the video clip listed the funeral at) to Piketon, Ohio and it's only 30 miles. So even though it's in a different state, it seems to be close by.
