GUILTY PA - Jennifer Brown, 43, didn't pick up son from bus stop, car parked at home, Limerick Twp, Montgomery Co., 3 Jan 2023 *arrest*

So the last time she was seen was by both her son and this “business associate” as she departed and they were going to have a sleepover?

I hope specialists are talking to her son in case he witnessed anything.

Very much did not like that ex post however!
Unfortunately I am pretty convinced she met with foul play.
:(
Wonder who picked him up from
School Tuesday. Probably not Jennifer……

I find it rather odd that her friend/business partner had a sleepover with her son. Additionally, he was the last one to see her and he refused an interview?

I’m not going to fault him for not speaking to the media. He has zero obligation to do so and even here, you’ll see people claiming that a blink or hand gesture is damning evidence of guilt.

This might reflect badly on me as a person, but if I were in that situation I would be reluctant to give an interview as well. I’m autistic and not the best at speaking or emoting appropriately. I could make one tiny mistake and wind up in deep trouble. If I was forced to give a statement I would 100% hire a lawyer.

I just watched the NBC10 news and they did have the friend speak off camera. It really sounds like he is very concerned. It sounds like he’s being blamed because he was the last one to see her. He’s been looking for her and is very concerned for her son. I don’t get a bad vibe from him, but I’ve been known to be wrong about people.

Two neighbors who were questioned by detectives told NBC10:
“We just had to go over and say the last time we saw her,” Decker said. “Have we ever seen her get into an Uber. Did we ever know if she left her windows open. She never did any of that and she always picked up her son.”

I found this interesting. Did detectives find a window open? Earlier in the article, the “friend and business associate” says he was “trying to kick down windows” in his attempt to find Jennifer. Don’t know what it all means, but it seems a window could be a focus of interest to the detectives.

JAN 10

Exactly a week after her disappearance, Steele said the public has provided detectives with hundreds of tips. None of those tips have resulted in any major leads.

“There have been no credible sightings of Jennifer to date,” the district attorney said.

Though Steele also acknowledged he couldn’t provide any specific details without risking the investigation, according to the news outlet.

IMHO Oh my! Another missing woman. It is difficult because when the initial missing person announcement is made, LE is still gathering the facts. What we see and hear seems sketchy. Hopefully, more will come out and it won't be forgotten quickly.

I got that wrong. The work cell phone was inside the house with the purse and other things. The work cell phone could have valuable information. Interesting that one phone is missing and not both. If someone did not know her, they could mistakenly grab either phone, or both.
I thought it was stated they were found in her car...??

Yes found in her car. However, her personal cell was missing.

“The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said Brown's car keys, wallet, purse and work cellphone were found inside the vehicle.
Her personal cellphone was not found, but investigators say it has been out of communication since Wednesday morning.”

I personally don't think her "business associate/friend" has anything to do with this. I would probably not want to talk to the media either, and based on what was said in this article, it sounds like people are poking fingers at him and I'd want to stay off camera as well.

It's also mentioned she never called that night (Tues night) to check in on her son. So I am wondering if whatever happened really happened on Tues. I'm curious if the friend was expecting her to call and check in Tues. night. It sounds like she is a very attentive and doting mother - described in the article as a "helicopter mom" by a friend. So I wouldn't be surprised for her to call and check in while he's at a sleepover, yet she does not. (Not implying that you aren't a good parent if you don't check in - it just sounds like something she'd do based on descriptions of her).

I am so curious if she had plans Tues. night. I'm sure LE knows by now (hopefully) and can get some info from cell phone records (if they were able to get a warrant for them).

There’s conflicting reports on where the items were found. This article states:

”The Montgomery County district attorney said Brown's keys, wallet, watch and work phone were all found inside of her home with the door locked.

Her car, though, was unlocked.

Her personal phone is gone.”

@slowpoke Yes, this is been an issue from the beginning.
Her vehicle was parked outside of her home, and her car keys, wallet, purse and work cellphone were found inside
Her vehicle was parked outside of her home, and her car keys, wallet, purse and work cellphone were found inside.

Yet, news and the Help find FB are saying her belongings were in her home. LE could have added 1 word "house or car" and it would have avoided all of this IMO
