Yes, change in appearance after the murders now looking more like BG with original face.

RA was sporting some weird facial hair for a pharmacy tech.

In fact I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with a long billy goat goatee only a closely trimmed mustache and beard.

I see them wearing masks while filling prescriptions so kind of gross that that thing wouldn’t fit under a mask so it just hovered over the vials as RA worked.

Early day in Delphi. Hearing this morning for Richard Allen, accused in the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German.

On Richard Allen’s hearing: Trial will stay in Carroll Co., with a jury selected from another county. Judge gave attorneys on both sides time to select a county they agreed might work. Both sides agreed that it would be impossible to get a jury from Carroll Co. 2/

Judge encourages prosecutor, defense to continue to share discovery in the case, rather than rule on Allen’s atty motion to turn over loads of specific evidence. Judge says both sides seem to be working well, so far, without her ruling on the motion today. 3/

After that, Judge cleared courtroom of prosecution, family, media and more to hold a closed door request from the defense. Richard Allen, looking thinner than in November, was escorted into the courtroom in a yellow jumpsuit, black protective vest and shackles. 4/

Abby and Libby’s families took two rows of seats in the courtroom, all leaving the courthouse following the judge’s order for them to respect the gag order. Police presence in the courthouse in Delphi: Still major. More later at Based in Lafayette. 5/

Just stepped out of the courtroom. Judge Gull has given the prosecution and defense 1 week to agree on a county where the court will select a jury for the #DelphiMurders case. Judge Gull expects the trial to then be held in Carroll County.

I do wonder how far jurors will have to drive to get there. I don’t suppose they’ll be provided with accommodations, right?

Delphi murders case trial to stay in Carroll County; judge gives legal teams 1 week to agree on county to select jury

Judge Frances Gull said that it would be "difficult if not impossible" to find a jury in Carroll County. Both the prosecution and defense agreed.

During the hearing at the Carroll County Courthouse, attended in-person by Richard Allen, Judge Frances Gull gave the prosecutor and defense one week to agree on a county where they will select a jury and bring that jury to Carroll County.

"I think it is important to try here," Gull said on the location for the trial.
Gull said that it would be "difficult if not impossible" to find a jury in Carroll County. Both the prosecution and defense agreed.
Trial dates will be further discussed at a February hearing.
The gag order issued in the case will essentially continue in its current form, Gull said. Lawyers, police and family members can't talk about the case publicly. Legal teams are only allowed to speak with the media only about procedural items.
A bail hearing is scheduled for Feb. 17.
Friday's hearing started at 10:30 a.m. and lasted less than 10 minutes.

Thanks. I hope they do. I mean it’s inconvenient either way, but from a personal standpoint, I was getting anxious on their behalf just thinking of the daily commute coupled with the emotions of what they will be tasked with weighing, nevermind what’s going in in daily/ homelife.

Razor burn? Recent topic on the Idaho thread! Or wrinkled skin from weight loss? Looks like he has lost some weight, heard the food isn't very good in prison! IIRC IDOC slipped up and revealed his location at one time and he is being held at Westville. My bil was recently sent there doing a 6 year sentence for 2 DUI's and habitual offender status but I'm quite sure they are not near each other as RA would be in protective custody.
