Friday, March 10th:
*Arraignment Hearing (@ 8:30am ADT) - AZ - *Jesse Wilson (10) (was reported missing from his home in the Sundance neighborhood of Buckeye, near 239th Ave. & Twilight Trail, in the early morning hours of Monday, July 18, 2016, Buckeye, found 6 miles from his home in an irrigation ditch off of State Hwy 85 & Broadway Road on March 8, 2018 & id’d on March 11, 2018) - *Crystal Wilson (48 @ time of crime/52) "adoptive mother" indicted (12/9/22) & arrested & charged (12/12/22 in Hall County, GA.) with 1 count of abandoning or concealing a body. Wilson was extradited back to Arizona from Georgia for prosecution on 3/4/23. Held on $50K bond in Hall County, GA.
On March 8, 2018, a Buckeye municipal employee found what appeared to be partial human skeletal remains on the side of the road near State Route 85 & Broadway Road. A few days later, those remains were positively identified as Jesse Wilson. His cause of death was classified as “undetermined.” In November 2020, Chief Hall says a new investigator was assigned to the case to reexamine the facts, explore new angles & conduct follow-up. It’s unclear what new evidence was gathered over the past two years, but the Buckeye Police Dept. recently submitted a case to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for review of criminal charges. She was indicted by a Maricopa County Grand Jury on 12/9/22. DNA evidence, statements & other evidence that placed Crystal in the area where Jesse's remains were found led police to make the arrest this week.
12/16/22 Update: Wilson will be extradited to Arizona on March 15, 2023. 12/9/22: Court information sheet. Indictment. Grand Jury true bill/warrant issued. 12/15/22: Warrant for arrest filed extradition. 3/4/23: Initial appearance document. IA packet. Release Order/Order regarding counsel. IA release Order. 3/6/23: Warrant served on 3/3/23. 3/4/23 Update: Was extradited back to Arizona on 3/4/23. Had initial appearance hearing on 3/4/23. Next arraignment hearing on 3/10/23 @ 8:30am.

BUCKEYE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) — The adoptive mother of Jesse Wilson, the 10-year-old boy who went missing in Buckeye seven years ago, has pled not guilty to charges related to his death. Crystal Wilson briefly appeared in court on Friday, where she and her lawyer entered a “not guilty” plea. She will have three pre-trial conferences, with the first on April 25. Her trial date is set for July 6. Wilson was arrested on Dec. 13 at her home in Gainesville, Ga., but was later extradited to Maricopa County. She is facing one count of abandoning or concealing a body.

Justice has been a long time coming for Jesse. Im really disappointed they cannot bring murder charges but i am thankful for ANY charges at this point. I felt like she was getting on with her life with not a thought about Jesse.

The worst thing about the long wait of the trials ,is knowing the victims stopped counting the years and minutes of their life before the countdown to justice starts,
Often it takes twice the amount of time some of these murdered kids got to live- to see someone punished for crime.
