It’s the sucking the snot back up followed by the hacking.

Im afraid this man is going to end up hospitalized.

This isn’t actually his case, but asked to help?? Why didn’t that other lawyer do the whole closing?
 
Part of TS will always be forever on that bandana run. He spent hours and hours trying to get better. He is almost extreme in trying to get better. We hope you will do everything you can to help get TS off that mountain.

(now he is telling a story about some dairy farmer teaching him to milk cows. It's hard for a country boy like me that grew up in the city. I squeezed out a little milk and got to take it home. Where is this dang story going?? It is meant to be about executive function?? oh lort, teh milking machine is executive function, this is a mess MOO)
 
Thank Goodness Sykes has tapped out in favor of another atty on the team. GP appears to be reading and is looking engrossed in something that is not this closing at a trial in which she is a party. Seems disrespectful to me.

This new atty for Plaintiff is not starting out well MOO. Did he know he would be speaking or was he pulled in due to Sykes incessant coughing snot sucking?

This just proves these attys are all there for their 15 mins. They all split the work on a contingency basis and the pay off is to try to get some camera time!

How many attorneys does it take to change a light bulb, i mean to do a closing on a simple personal injury case???? OMG--- unreal

But just wanted to say that his “wealth” may have more to do with selling the business than the actual money he earned and put back for retirement. I work for a guy that had 2 partners and they went together and bought some old run down office buildings in Las Vegas for one million - had them about a year - most were unoccupied and they were losing money. One of the casinos wanted to expand and wanted their property and paid them ten million just to get it quickly and boom 3 guys who were losing their investments suddenly had three million each free and clear! I’m pretty sure when he fell out with his partner they sold the business and depending on it’s location they may have come out better in selling than they ever did in operating their business.

Terry's lawyers are telling the jury "Terry is still on the mountain" and that he needs GPS to go to the store, after they saw photos of the endless vacations he's been taking around the globe after the accident. I have to wonder if they're angry or laughing.
 
someone left me a message and every time I hear this voice message it almost makes me cry. This person suffered this same injury 30 years ago, it's permanent, you lose everybody that knows you, those that stick around family attorneys, they're just putting up with you.

(Or maybe that is simply what happens once people get to know a person who lacks empathy and is controlling and self focused? at least in TS case, not the person he claims left him a message about similar injury)
 
It's insulting to me that they are trying to say he has cognitive issues due to the supposed injury. He doesn't present any cognitive issues to me. My mother is in middle stages of early onset Alzheimer's and while that's totally different than a brain injury I'm familiar with cognitive impairment. I'm sorry but TS does not come off to me as someone with cognitive impairment at all, what so ever.

I have to admit that I occasionally get on YouTube to watch highlights of the Depp V Heard trial. We may have the opportunity to rewatch these on YouTube in the near future.
 
He is actually filling out the verdict forms with a sharpie now for his closing??
