Identified! AZ - Eloy, Hisp Female, UP9040, 17-25, drowned after fleeing LE, clothes/ncklce, Jun'10 Lourdes Lucia Llivisupa Ortiz

Young woman who was in a vehicle with a man (no information disclosed on him). Local police in Eloy, AZ attempted a traffic stop and the two individuals fled. The vehicle was found near a canal. While the man was recovered, he reported that he hadn't seen her after they had both jumped in the moving body of water. It would be the next day that her body would be recovered. It should be noted that this area is close to the Mexican border and so she may have recently immigrated in 2010.

There is no identification or many distinctive features, unfortunately. She's estimated to be about 17-25 and 5'4", wearing a black shirt and blue pants with a black beaded necklace. She was Ecuadorian! I know one Ecuadorian girl and she has very similar features.
From Namus: A fingerprint record for missing Ecuadoran "LL" has been requested from their government.

In the fall of 2023, the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner received a tip from a websleuth who found a visual match with a missing woman from Ecuador. In March 2024, the FBI confirmed her identity as Lourdes Lucia Llivisupa Ortiz.

I think the tip came in after the November update that she could be either Peruvian or Ecuadorian.
