FYI, spotted PLW with long haired man in front of her house today. They were unloading luggage from the trunk of a taxi, as if returning from a trip. The cab was at the ramblewood residence in Gulf Breeze...you don't see cabs often in this town. I happened to see her while I was returning from lunch with a friend who lives on her same road.

Pam Wiggins couldn't travel very far, legally. She was bound to stay in the county. Unless she was travelling with permission of the courts, and LE, of course. What excuse could give her permission to travel? And who is the man in the photograph? Has he been identified?

Do the bail bonds people set the stipulations or judges? They had more than an overnight bag, and my friend and I were just talking about it at lunch, and she said she didn't think there was anyone staying at the house because it had been so quiet for days...and then, there they were with the cab and luggage... There was an old tan van in the driveway, but it has been there everytime I pass by. My friend said tonight there is a sports car there...

It's hard to imagine that anyone but her lawyer would spend time with her... unless she has protective custody of some kind. Maybe LE needs her to stay alive.

I've wondered of some kind of protective custody (immunity) from the beginning. Just wondering ... NOT based on fact.

She was bonded out in Escambia but lives in SR, so I can't see that she would be required to stay in Escambia. Maybe she just can't leave the state?

Do we know for certain that this is H. Wiggins? It's been reported numerous times that was her attorney and I don't believe that Hugh is an attorney.

There seems to be two "current husbands" thus the bigamy charge.
IIRC it was Wiggins (hubby from Dec 08 marriage witnessed by Jr and wife) who told where the safe was. It was Malden (wasn't that his name) who did the interview and said she had the shady associations (and that he had been trying to divorce her!)

I have never seen Hugh Wiggins (husband #4) in an interview. I have seen Malden, (husband #3) in interviews and you are right, he is not this guy. I have never seen Malden together with Pamela Long Wiggins except in old photos. I don't think the are on friendly terms.

It was Hugh Wiggins (husband #4) who reported the safe:

Pamela Long Wiggins has been seen with at least other two men. The guy in this video, with short hair and a moustache, (reminds me of Wally the Walrus).

One of them must be Hugh Wiggins. I am guessing that the Walrus is Wiggins, but I have no evidence of that.

Ask CNN, they reported it was Hugh, they also highlighted and used an arrow pointing to the person in question as Hugh Wiggins and being on the yacht with PLW in Orange Beach at that time.

It was reported at that time PLW attorney escorted her back from Orange Beach. I don't remember it being reported the attorney escorted her from the yacht. The attorney MAY be in the picture in question, but he is NOT the long haired man wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans, as reported by CNN.

Yes, PLW current husband(#2) Hugh Wiggins told LE where the safe could be found as has been reported.
Hugh is not the husband that has been on TV doing interviews, that is her other husband.

Okay, we finally agree on something.

She has 2 current husbands to make it simple maybe we should refer to them as current husband #1 and #2. IMO, since Hugh Wiggins was the last to marry PLW (that we know of. lol) we should refer to him as current husband #2.

Having been falsely accused of a crime myself in Benton, Ar (charges later dropped) years ago and being a administrator of a sports website I don't take these sorta of things lightly and haven't came close to doing so on WS.

I agree it would be very helpful.

I'll be going to gamble this weekend for my 50th birthday, so it maybe Sunday before I can really spend time searching. I seen it while watching CNN if anyone else cares to research it before then.

I'm in favor of using numbers to keep track of PLW husbands. lol

On the day she was found on the yacht, it was reported by numerous local media, that she was with her attorney. Including PNJ, who was there when she was escorted off the yacht. PNJ has since updated these articles, with additional information, and I can't locate the one where it said it was her attorney. WEAR also reported it (I don't have a link, but I watched it live).

I was able to find this:

Her arrest came after hours of questioning at the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department. Wiggins was located in Orange Beach, Alabama, after her picture was released to the media. She was seen being escorted by from a yacht by Escambia County deputies and Orange Beach police. She was not arrested at the time; instead, she drove with her lawyer back to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department in Pensacola for questioning.

I have been following this case more closely than I have followed just about any case. I have been really studying the details and have been VERY surprised how many mistakes I am seeing made by reporters.

Frankly, it could be that BOTH of you are right and one of the journalists are wrong. It would not be the first time. I would like to see the CNN link, but should these prove to be contradictory statements, then it would mean we would have to ignore both and look for other supporting evidence (eg. someone from this forum who knows HW personally and can either confirm or deny if it was him.)

I remember what Daisy was talking about and I remember the discussion thinking one of the guys walking down the dock was her lawyer, but were we making an assumption because they said that her lawyer accompanied her to the SO?

I later reconciled that in my mind (besides hasty reporting mistakes which were common in the beginning) as the lawyer met her there in Gulf Shores, but didn't necessarily accompany her off her boat and down the dock.
Could it be that the lawyer was in a nearby waiting car as they accompanied her and her hubby#2 down the dock? Not sure??
