Wow, just listened to that. SIL didn't want him to say a word :) They must be freaking out that their bizarre antics were all over the news. Loved how he kept saying that he'd be out on Tuesday and she'd tell him not to say that. LOL
 
Clearly there is something in the drinking water around here and I need to move from Orlando. It is just me or does it seem like every other crazy story comes out of Orlando/Central Florida?!
 
Listening to the 1st jailhouse bizzaro visit, I wonder who Glenn is that "peed " his pants while driving and how old is this guy? I am sure he is happy about the "FUNNY" story that was shared all over the news about how he pissed himself!
These people are beyond strange!

YellowDog, you figured out the real reason she couldn't visit him in jail - because her tires haven't been fixed yet, so she was unable to drive either to the airport to catch a flight, or to the jail itself! LOL
 
What is his defense going to be? Was he trying to wrestle the gun from her when it fired?

Bob Ward heads to court for bond hearing
Bob Ward faces a judge today.

The Isleworth real estate developer, who's facing second-degree murder charges in the death of his wife, Diane, has a bond hearing scheduled for Thursday afternoon.

Longtime Orlando defense attorney Mark Nejame says Ward will face an uphill battle.

"If it's a life felony, then there's not a presumption that one should get a bond like all other cases," said Nejame.

But he says it does happen occasionally. Nejame says it'll come down to whether Judge Walter Komanski sees Ward as a danger to the community or a flight risk.

"It'll be up to the defense to show that, in fact, there are safeguards that could be met such as ankle monitoring and maybe third-party custody which would show that one is, in fact, not going to leave," said Nejame.

In videotapes recorded during Ward's jailhouse visits, he says repeatedly that he expects to be out soon. Footage of the 61 year old joking and dancing around during a visit with his daughter and sister-in-law has been widely seen, and Nejame says that may work against him.

"[Prosecutors] may take some of his interviews from the jail and take some of his other behavior and attempt to show that he might be unstable."

Sure hope he doesn't get bonded out and has to stay in jail, especially since he seems so convinced he's going to be released.

More than two decades after that incident, Dianne McClintock Callahan said, she and Ward reconnected over lunch in the Atlanta area. Ward apologized for his past actions and talked about his current problems: a wife who spent too much money, getting sued, and the fact his development company was in bankruptcy.

I can't believe he bonded out on a mere $100,000.00., with the facts presented by Dr. G.

I also saw Kathi B. front and center at this hearing. People following Cayleey Anthony, should listen to Dr. G. at this Bond Hearing. He should never have been released. Also, the family is so strange, and the daughter who was acting up in the jail visits is extremely smug and arrogant.......what a group this is!

What's in the water in Orlando??:waitasec:
 
Just wondering if he will face trial or run off to another country...hmmmmm. Low bond boggle me.
 
I don't understand this low bond. I wonder if Dianne had a clue about how her family felt about her. I doubt they could have hid all of what I call hatred.
