Ester L. Westenbarger, 51, was last seen on Wednesday, November 11th,2009at 1:30 a.m. leaving Miller's Tavern at 125 W. Elm Street on foot in Kokomo, IN.

Her DOB: 09/16/58 (Sorry I do not have her birth time)

Also missing is Westenbarger's good 2005 Cadillac CTS, bearing Ohio personalized registration plate MSESTER.

The family of a missing Kokomo woman said they suspect foul play in her disappearance.

Ester L. Westenbarger, 51, was last seen just after 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 11 leaving Miller's Bar to get her car parked at Hoosier Bar in Kokomo, police said.

Family members searched nearby wooded areas on Saturday, but did not find any sign of Westenbarger.

Police have not said whether they believe foul play may be involved.

She was last seen wearing creme colored three-quarter length V-neck shirt, blue jeans, flip-flops, and a dark colored jacket.

Westenbarger is described as being five foot seven inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with red shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a 1st Cavlary insignia on her upper left arm, and a tattoo of a parachute with wings on her left ankle.

Tiffany Tehan, a 31 year old mother of a 1 year old baby girl went shopping at The Greene on Saturday and last talked to her husband at 11am telling him she may hit a rummage sale across the street than go to a 'mommy sale' (consignment sale) at the kettering recreation center. She didn't come home. Her husband reported her missing at 9pm that night. This morning at 9am her SUV was found at Indian Riffle Park (right next to the recreation center; see map) locked, with keys inside, and with a flat tire.

Tiffany was born on 11/29/78 and is originally from Hillsboro, Ohio

from this video (at link), it is reported that the husband called Tiffany's father at 10pm, an hour after he called 911 to report her missing.

I guess I am just wondering why he didn't call before that to see if she had stopped by her family for a visit? Did he try to call any other friends, etc, to see if they had seen her before calling 911?

This case happened right in my backyard and I have never forgotten Kristen or her family. There was a POI but they were never able to charge him, her body has never been found. Perhaps a chart could reveal something about where Kristin is. I have always believed Paul Flores was responsible and his family helped him cover this up.

Hopefully someone can give me more insight into the death of this precious 1 year old child. At the time I sought the insight of a "seer" and I feel that what she told me was exactly what I thought about how and who caused Irie's death. I guess I'm just here now to see how I can help bring justice for irie and answers to questions that continue to haunt her family who miss her dearly. I believe that case is very similar to the Caylee Anthony case. I really hope someone here can help me in my quest to bring justice for Irie.

Medical examiner determined cause of death to be internal bleeding caused by blunt force trauma to the abdomen which was cause by several attempts to resuscitate her. The medical examiner initially reported puncture wounds to her lips, bite marks on her cheek and bruises on her chest and stomach.
Death is classified a homicide.

Mother:Michelle Christine Crisostomo DOB July 10, 1985 6:47pm
Father: Joseph Mallo Jr.
Mother's then boyfriend Darren Jared Carandang Cruz DOB 11/08/1983

According to Michelle and Darren, Darren had taken Irie to the beach with his then toddler son. Darren allegedly placed the kids in ankle deep water so he could change his shorts. Darren claims that his back was only turned for a minute. When he turned around Irie was face down in the water. He then tried to resuscitate her. After a few minutes he took her to a nearby local fire station they arrived at approximately 3:30 pm (it was about a 3-5 minute drive) where medics tried to resuscitate her yet again. It is interesting to note that a medic on the scene reported that the childs lifeless body was "cold to the touch". That was a warm sunny day and Guam is a tropical island. From there her lifeless body transported to a military hospital where several attempts yet again to revive her were unsuccessful.
Darren was the initial person of interest he was arrested on 4/19/2006 . He was then released to the custody of his parents on 4/28/2006. The charges of aggravated murder, negligent homicide and child abuse were eventually dismissed on 5/31/2006. It makes 4 years since Irie's death, case remains unsolved.

CLARKSTON - Where is Rachael Anderson? Police, family, friends and much of the Valley want to know.

On Thursday Amber Griswold, one of Rachael's' daughters, talked about her mother and her connection to family.

"She's a mom of four," said Griswold. "She's a great mom. She's always there, very supportive. She is also a grandma. She has grandkids also."

Amber said her mother's disappearance is not a case of someone just leaving town.

"She cares for her family a lot, her family and friends. And she would never walk away," said Griswold.

She said her mother was being harassed and her mother's car vandalized.

"Her tires had just been slashed and I had to help her buy some tires because she had no money left," said Griswold. "Her window had been broken in, a couple other things done to her car. Muffler falling off, when she's driving away, oil pan, just random things like that."

The window on Rachael Anderson's car was broken while at work at St. Joe's. That's why she had a friend's car, a Yukon, when she went missing.

The SUV was found Wednesday afternoon in North Lewiston. Amber Griswold said her mom was also getting strange calls and text messages.

"All through the night, all day constantly," said Griswold. "She had no idea who's doing it, She had no idea where it was coming from. She didn't know who she could trust, who she couldn't."

Police said all indications are that Anderson was last seen in Moscow on Friday.

"Nobody knew actually she was going to Moscow. That was the thing, none of her friends knew," said Griswold. "She had prior plans with another friend in Clarkston and so she wasn't supposed to be in Moscow."

But it wasn't until Monday that family got concerned.

Amber says her mother was being harassed. She had received strange text messages, phone calls and her tires had been slashed. She reported all this to the Clarkston Police and according to Amber her mother didn't know where else to turn.

Her white 1997 GMC Yukon with Idaho license plate 1L 93131 was recovered at approximately 12:30 p.m. Wednesday (04/21/10).

Anderson was reportedly last seen in Moscow on April 16 (still no time).

Reported missing Monday, April 19th (morning) by Amber Griswold, her daughter.

Police searched a building in Moscow Idaho and sent items to the Crime Lab where she was said to have been seen on the night of the 16th of April.
They aren't speaking however or even describing what type of building this is.

Originally police thought she was last seen leaving her Clarkston home in a white GMC Yukon but Friday investigators said she was seen in Moscow Friday evening.

Clarkston police said they searched a building in Moscow but would not elaborate at to what they think Anderson was doing there.

Thursday the Missing Persons Task Force searched a building in Moscow where Anderson was last seen Friday night. Clarkston Chief of Police Joel Hastings says they can't say what type of building it is or what the connection is to Anderson.

"Anything they found that they think might be helpful or of value has been sent to the crime lab," Chief Hastings said.

Any help would be appreciated...I saw this flyer during my lunch hour and my heart felt extremely heavy all of a sudden and I found it hard to breathe.

Missing: Daniel Heidinger

Last Seen: April 21st, 2010

Tempe, Arizona police are looking for any information about an ASU student who has been missing since last Wednesday.

Daniel Heidinger, 22, was last seen boarding a westbound light rail train toward Phoenix. Tempe Police Detectives have confirmed that he boarded sometime after 6 p.m.


There are no signs of foul play at this time, police said.

The 5-foot-11-inch economics senior, who is 155 pounds with blue eyes and light brown hair, was last seen wearing a dark sweatshirt and light colored shorts, according to police.

Heidinger’s friend Michael Barulich said most of Heidinger’s belongings were left at his Tempe apartment, including his car, keys and cell phone. Items that haven’t yet been found yet include Heidinger’s driver’s license and passport, he said.

Heidinger’s father, Emil Heidinger, said it is too early to speculate if he might have traveled somewhere.

“Just tell him that we love him,” he said.

James Wees, Heidinger’s employer at Wees Law Firm in Phoenix, said Heidinger’s family is distraught because they don’t have answers.

“All of his family and friends are hoping that this has a positive outcome,” Wees said. “And if he left on his own accord, let him know there is a group of people wanting to hear from him.”

Wees said Heidinger is good-natured, and it would be out of character for him to leave without telling anyone.

Nicole Siqueiros, who used to work with Heidinger at a Phoenix law firm, said he never missed work without a phone call. Siqueiros now works in the same building as Heidinger.

“He had a final the night he went missing,” she said. “It doesn’t make sense that he’d just leave with no contact. I don’t know where people go, but I can’t believe that something happened to make him want to disappear and scare everyone.”
