Another warrant was issued, out of Howard County, but the judge in that case has refused to give the search warrant affidavits to the media.

Unless it was child *advertiser censored*, why would it matter if there were photos of adults taken with the EasyShare Camera? I have a bad feeling about this....:sick:

If the camera DOES contain adults in *advertiser censored* shots, where would Shawn have been...to take these pics????

Who does he hang with???....and what areas were the pics taken at???...Open spaces?, fields, homes, .....caves???....

This is getting sicker....JMO...

And this was all going on around Hailey...so sad...

I'm still trying to digest the fact that LE knows that images were deleted and they must know when they were deleted so how come no arrests yet? Could Renee get charged or anyone else who uses that computer?

By the KTXS Exclusive article, it sounds as if Shawn used his phone to take a picture of the picture from the Kodak Camera.

LE states here that they will be further analysing the Kodak Easy Share Camera.

This is very strange, IMO, and I also have a very bad feeling about it.

Me too...also interesting to note, from this same article:

J. Bruce Flournoy, of the Garza County Sheriff's Department, issued the request. He goes on to add that pornographic images have been found on every electronic device that law enforcement has been able to search.

Shawn Adkins, according to the affidavit, doesn't own a computer, and has been using friends' and relatives' computers.


Why Garza County? Garza County is Post, TX - which is close to Dunn but I wasn't aware that they had reviewed / received any "potential" evidence or search requests. First time I'm hearing this one...did I miss this previously?

Im afraid some of these devices have pics of Hailey on them.

After reading that article, I feel pretty sure we are going to end up learning that there of pictures of Hailey.

Unless there is verified child *advertiser censored*, Shawn can't be arrested for *advertiser censored*. A lot of guys have a lot of *advertiser censored* on their electronic devices. More than we probably know.

*advertiser censored* isn't a crime, unless it involves minors.

Exactly! If they were photos of him with a willing partner than it would not be a big deal to the police IMO. It must be more sinister than that and it has me worried. He is likely a real perv. <modsnip>. JMO

That's the bit that really bugs me.............please tell me it was just regular *advertiser censored*, and not child *advertiser censored* pictures that were taken with those cameras.

Didn't they take all the cameras early in the investigation? So these are recently acquired cameras. LE got wind there were new cameras. If child *advertiser censored* then there are more kids being victimized.

If so, was BJD lying that there was no child *advertiser censored* on the stick? I know I've seen statements go back and forth on this (not knowing what is true anymore).

The affidavit also mentions that pornographic images were found on Adkins' cell phone, and in the computer of RN in Dunn, Texas. (Note - no mention of deviant sexual behaviour noted in this sentence).

The warrant also mentions that 2 Kodak Easy Share cameras were in the home, and that pornographic images found on Adkins' phone were taken on a Kodak Easy Share camera. (Note - no mention of deviant sexual behaviour noted in this sentence).

I would surmise that if deviant sexual behaviour was on the cell phone, he would be behind bars, no?

The ktxs reporter (and others) are speculating that the search warrant for Shawn's body was to obtain DNA. I think after 3 months of surveillance, LE might already have DNA from discarded cigarette butts, straws, tissues, combs in Billie's house, etc... With *advertiser censored* popping up everywhere and Shawn's affinity for being in front of the camera, as well as behind it, I think one of LE's likely goals may have been to get photos of his body to compare to images or descriptions from children or other victims of possible sex crimes. MOO...

Could it have been possible for S to have secretly videoed H while she was in the bathroom???..bedroom???...I wonder if the LE have checked these rooms for holes in the walls....Sometimes pervs like to spy in windows, use binoculars at night, etc...you get the pic....

When were the Cameras purchased? Where?

Where were the Cameras developed? There could be evidence of this. There could be video of him taking the Camera to a Walmart Photolab or something.
