Did they not hear JB say "lying slunt", not once, not twice, but 3 times? Now she's sincere? Maybe it was the frilly shirts and lowering her chair all those days. If that's what it takes to get away with murder, the world is in BIG trouble.

MOO

Mel

And found guilty of 4 counts of lying to LE but felt she was sincere. That is a new one. She WAS sincere, at lying that is. jmo

Yes I can name another case. In fact it's a case that has never even had the chance to be prosecuted. That on JonBenet Ramsey.
I don't think anyone has ever thought JonBenet was an accident because of her injuries. Coverup??? Maybe someday we will have the truth. jmo

She was molested and more. It was only discovered because the police were called-immediately
had they hidden the remains and not reported her missing for a month
I believe we would have far fewer questions_ due to what would not have been found.
We have no idea what physical evidence was hidden/disappeared while she was there in the swamp. We will never know happened to Caylee if she had bruising or cuts or was molested by someone & therefore in my mind that was the one and only reason she was placed there like that.

I still can't believe she was that close and wasn't found before the rains...

If it's true that these jurors had been discussing this case all through the trial, then that means JB/ICA were playing with a stacked deck.

Karma has it's own brand of justice.

RIP Caylee.

Its very troubling to me that Jennifer Ford said we dont know how she was killed.paraphrasing...." How can you convict someone if you dont know what they did. If you had anyone in America or even the 12 jurors write down on a piece of paper how she died, they couldnt do it, because we dont know what happened."

If you believe the defense and the whole thing was an accident, where Casey should have called 911 immediately, we would know if she drowned. The fact is, we dont know how she died because she was thrown out like garbage to rot in a swamp for 6 months(and it pains me to write that), and any evidence that was there is now gone, and that is because of her "mother".

I appreciate those of you that are posting clips here and starting these media threads. I do not wish to watch these shows at all nor see their sponsors, but if y'all post 'em here...no one knows I looked, right ?!
Then I can blast the media as KC enablers while not giving them the satisfaction of tuning in...oh how I wish I were a Nielsen family, I'd change the channel to NHK Japanese Television everytime a KC program came on the channel I was watching. Hey, they do have some pretty good shows on Japanese culture!
I wish we could pick a delegation to watch these things and the rest of us boycott (not an organized boycott, against TOS, of course!).

Might I add that the jury also saw alot more evidence than anyone not in the courtroom.
Actually, they didn't see more than me or most of WS'ers - what they did see is the actual photo of the skull and the simulation of the tape over Caylee's mouth and nose - that's it

Some of us actually saw that too, which proves first degree even more. I guess if we didn't listen to the evidence, didn't take notes, didn't review any of the days and days of forensic and computer evidence maybe we could pretend like it didn't exist too. Maybe then we could forget Caylee and say "Ok let's go to Disney."

Okiedokie: At $20 a month how long will it take her to pay that all off???

I don't think we have to be Nielsen. Cable tracks what networks are being watched. We can also make our voice heard on their website. Have you seen what posters are telling Greta?

BBM: "The irony is rich."

I just can't believe ABC treated this juror to Disney as payment for her interview. My daughter heard that and could not believe it but because they had already told their children they are planning a trip to Disney they won't go back on their word. They did decide, however, to change their plans. We have always, always stayed inside the resort area since 1978, Port Orleans, Fort Wilderness, etc. No more. They'll rent a home nearby and go to the parks but will not purchase any meal plans and other than snacks will not eat inside. They wouldn't be going at all but children don't understand what ABC has done to upset their parents. jmo

The superimposed 're-creation was only to show how 3 pieces of duct could have covered the mouth and nose.

The jury and those in the courtroom saw the ACTUAL PICTURES of Caylee's skull with the duct tape across the nasal holes, and mandible, attaching on both sides to the hair mat. The jury and those in the courtroom saw the picture of Caylee's skull BEFORE the duct tape was clipped off, to remove it. WE, the public, only saw the ACTUAL SKULL blurred. Where are ya'll getting the idea that the only picture of Caylee's skull seen by the jury was the superimposed re-creation? JA stated if the jury looked at the actual pix of Caylee's skull with the duct tape attached, there would be no way they would not call it a homicide.

Please, let's get this straight. Too many here have stated that the re-creation was the picture of Caylee's skull with the ductape...WRONG!

:tyou:

I will never forget Vinnie P. going off about those photos of Caylee's skull, how he showed the viewers where the duct tape was, just below the sockets, covering the nose and mouth. He was outraged after seeing them. I will never understand how the jury came to this decision. Never. .

You know who I'd like to see interviewed? One of the juror's wife had been following the case from the beginning. I can't remember which one it was though. I'm curious what she thinks about the verdict.

I've read up to page 14 and haven't seen your question answered re bold above. That would be Jury # 6

No, are Greta's posters mad that she is doing the interview with the juror?

moo
Blame that lazy cop that Kronk called in August. Had he gotten a search together there, this case would have had fingerprints AND DNA.

I wondered about that, esp. since we have gone digital. I have told my husband that they can "see" what we are watching, but was never really sure...
I have not gone onto Greta's site, maybe I should, heh? :)
