Casey To Serve One Year Probation

Have you read the order? Perry found a way to fit in KC's #1 ranking in "most hated people in America", including the word "creepy" to describe her. Masterful. Turned JB over and stuck it to him good.

He even suggests, in his order, that JB need not try to appeal it.

:gavel: You go BP! This is more than we had even dared to hope for! :toastred:

Got to love it!

I've got the job. JB & CM can ask friends to pay her to clean their houses and keep it all hush, hush!

Hey, that's not a bad job.

Good, now we are halfway there......now when she violates probation they can throw her nasty a$$ in jail.

And that's JB's first order of business. She HAS TO HAVE a residence - a valid address. That is going to be a problem. Buildings with high security cost $$$$$ in rent. Or do you get her a side in a "duplex" in a residentail area and then hire your own security? Such a dilemma. lol

Then JB or CM have to figure out how much to pay her for "the job". Will it be enough to pay the rent, utilities, food, security, etc? - lol

I'm so glad the DT got to have their lil celebration after the verdict - cause that verdict is coming right back around to slap them up-side their collective heads.

I can't help but wonder if Mr. Baez and Co. will be encouraging her to patch things up with Mom and Dad...otherwise, it surely looks like she'll be 'their' problem (housing, job, etc.). Now, THAT would be "justice". :D

How many people want to make a bet she refuses to go and remains in hiding? or jumps the plane and leaves the country?
Do you think she'll listen to the orders?

I will be shocked if she does as she is told.

Who will hire her? I can only think of seedy underworld types that want to hire her as an escort, stripper or for the *advertiser censored* industry. Is that considered acceptable gainfully employed? What if she is writing a book or in talks for movie deals? Do they accept that as gainfully employed?
I just can't see her abiding to these rules.

If she refuses to go and remains in hiding, there will be a warrant out for her arrest.

I hope she refuses to go and remains in hiding. :)

Casey worked a total of 6 months before she had Caylee at Universal taking pictures of tourists. That is the only job we know that she has ever held. She is now 25 years old. A big whopping six months of being employed. I have worked since I was 14. I stared at a local Dunkin Donuts. The old style that actually had a counter and ceramic coffee cups and I put up with the old lechers hanging out in there to see the pretty young girls and trying to give you a dime for a tip and think you owed them something for it. LOL thankfully I've come a long way but I don't hold my breath that Casey will ever hold a job.

By a show of hands how many think Casey will get pregnant soon?

By a show of hands how many think I am an idiot for saying, "by a show of hands?"

At what point do CM and JB tell her she's on her own. Good luck, have a great life? What is she to them. The trial is over. The other lawsuits are being handled by another attorney, aren't they? I just don't get why the DT continues to coddle her.

BBM: MONEY MONEY MONEY !

The DT "thinks" they are going to make BIG BUCKS off of CFCA ...

Ah ... but we have NOT heard of any "deals" for CFCA and her "DT" ... at least anything that has been "verified" ... we have only heard "speculation".

MOO ... I do NOT believe that their "money train" has arrived for them and hopefully that "money train" will NEVER arrive for them !

MOO MOO MOO ...

Even if no one, in OC, wants to hire her, she still has to go and fill out a certain number of applications, per week (and show these to her PO). This may be something that gets her in trouble. After a while, I can see Casey blowing off this mandated job search (and, I believe that is a violation).

There are some jobs she could perform, more anonymously, like telemarketing, stocking shelves at night, etc...

Also, just heard on IS that probation checks up on these employers, to verify that Casey has applied. Probation can also search her residence (ALL of it), anytime they want (without advance notice and without a search warrant), no matter who she's living with.

What would she put on her resume for job skills?

researched unimaginable solutions?
cleaned caches filled with incriminating evidence?
imagined and provided fake scenarios when pushed in a corner?
remembered intricate webs of information ?
collected other people's moneys?
set personal priorities over precious life?
administered drugs?

Judge Alex was bringing a smile to my face thinking of Casey's future......

NO.
REJECTED.
ARE YOU KIDDING?
AREN'T YOU CASEY ANTHONY?
UH, NO.
SORRY, NO.
THANKS BUT NO.

She has to show she's looking for employment and will spend a year being rejected. Of course, JB, CM, DS can always hire her in their offices. pay her an unrealistically high salary for doing nothing.....so my smile is fleeting.

I think that was to give her a wide window to "sneak" back into Orlando. It's for her safety. That's why he says she can report early. It makes it harder for the press to catch her coming in. MOO

Bet she already reported. Perfect timing. No one would be looking for her and that may have been the holdup with the order being released to the press. It's possible TM flew his plane into Houston, flew someone else's plane out and headed for Orlando, flew back this morning and is on his way back to California now. jmo

Wait....ETA:

Ride the "Trial Rollercoaster".

See the JB look-a-like use his authentic JPad

Watch the CM character flip multiple birdies as you roll by in the safety of your very own White Pontiac Sunfire.

Don't forget to visit the gift shop where you can purchase floor-length wigs that come one size fits all.

And last, but definitely not least, get a tipsheet on exactly HOW TO FOOL 12 PEOPLE AT ONCE BY CALLING YOUR FATHER AND BROTHER A MOLESTOR. This will come in handy if you are ever in need of a reason to put forth in a court of law as to exactly why you did what you did, or didn't do what you were supposed to do, or.......for whatever reason you might need a BS excuse to get off.

*rant off now :banghead:

Dont forget to see the squirrel exhibit..:great:

Haha Judge Alex just said he didn't think she could successfully complete her probation! :floorlaugh:

How is she going to remain out of public eye? She does have to have a job.

Finally finished reading the order. Thanks to all that pointed out to me that the Probation orders are in the Attachment.

It states on page 2 of the attachment:

#6 - You will not use intoxicants to excess, nor will you visit places where intoxicants, drugs or other dangerous substances are unlawfully sold, dispensed or used.

Meaning she can drink, but not get really drunk?

#7-You will work diligently at a lawful occupation and support any dependents to the best of your ability as directed by your PO.

I definitely don't read this as she MUST get a job as a condition of probation.

JMO

I don't count on the probation department enforcing the order on her working. There is no way anyone will hire her now.

Do they have the authority to decide which terms of the probation to enforce and which not? I would think that only Judge Strickland would have that authority since it was his order and his terms (correct?).

Anyone know?

Considering a LOT of employers have online applications I can see her filling those out easily enough to meet her requirements.

Whether anyone requests an in person interview is another thing...God, would I love to receive her application! I'd schedule that interview in a heart beat.

"Yes, we have a janitorial position available for you Ms. Casey Anthony...here's a tooth brush and there are the toilets!":floorlaugh:

I can't believe George would be okay with that. What is Casey going to say to him, Just kidding, I still love you, please let me come home? Of course, Cindy makes all the decisions, so I can see her welcoming Casey home...

Oh wouldn't that be rich, though. I bet the A's thought they might be done with her, and nope, she might be right back with them! They'd have to move, though. Everybody knows where that house is.

Bet a million she goes to work for George and Cindy's foundation.
