Had to add this to the thread, although it isn't a person per se.
I remember reading (possibly on one of the LISK-related threads here) about JB and the fact that his family owns various rental properties on Long Island. Not only that, but there was allegedly a young woman and her child that came up missing from one of the family rental properties. It was further alleged that JB and this woman were having an affair.
So...what, if anything, can be dug up on this alleged victim/incident?

Or those bronx murders from around the same time of tattooed body parts in suitcases. Gus or SY could easily have been killing since the 60's, no?

I will post the merged list for those interested in seeing the scope of this. I am counting women who could have been killed by our SK and men who were strangled or killed by blunt force trauma, or unknown COD. No gunshot wounds. I counted roughly 86 victims or unexplained deaths or missing sinc 1982 and at least 23 of them were dismembered and/or decapitated. Apologize for any sloppiness or duplicate entries, but this was REALLY tedious. Just hope it is readable. For my own info, I have listed significant events in the life of CPH during this time period.

Feb. 1, 1982 TINA ELIZABETH FOGLIA disappeared from a Hammerheads nightclub, sunrise highway. She was seen leaving with a man. She was found on Southern State Pky, which is a 5 min. drive from Oak Beach. Found in 3 separate plastic trash bags. She was dismembered with a surgical instrument and found by workers picking up garbage. Police always felt that the person who did this could be a doctor or has experience in surgery. She was found a couple of days after leaving the club. Shulman and Rifken were ruled out.
July 15, 1982 PRINCESS DOE in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Blaorstown, NJ. Police believe the woman was most likely from Long Island. White female, age 14-18, 5,2', 100 lb., wearing red V-neck pullover shirt with yellow piping, wrap around skirt with red, white and blue print, gold chain with white beads, gold cross, shoulder length brown hair, both ears pierced, left ear twice. Dead for about 3 weeks. Blunt force trauma to the head. Possibly a victim of Arthur Kinlaw, now in prison for other crimes.

June 12, 1984 KELLY MORRISSEY of Lynbrook, NY, last seen walking west on Earl Avenue and Merrick Rd. She is believed to have been destined for Captain Video, a video parlor half a mile west of Merrick Road, but she never arrived. One of Morrissey's friends, THERESA FUSCO, disappeared on Nov. 10, 1984, almost 5 months after Morrissey. Several months after Fusco was found another area teenager, JACQUELINE MARTARELLA, 19, dissappeared after she left a friend's Oceanside home to go to her workplace at Burger King. Police are looking into the possibility that Martarella's, Fusco's, and Morriseey's cases are all related. All 3 women were Caucasian teenagers who were last seen walking alone in the evening hours. Both Martarella and Fusco were strangled and were found naked, their bodies dumped in open fields. Their clothing was never found. Three men were convicted of murdering Fusco and served 17 yrs. in prison for the crime before they were released after DNA testing cast doubt on their guilt. One of them was retried and acquitted of all charges; the other two are waiting for either a retrial or a dismissal of the charges. March 26, 1985, JACQUELINE MARTARELLA, 19, disappeared after she left a friend's Oceanside home to go to her workplace at Burger King. Her body was found on April 22 on a golf course. Found strangled and naked in open field.
She disappeared from a nighttime street in Oceanside Long Island on March 26, 1985. She was just nineteen years old 4 feet 11 inches and 95 pounds and her name was Jacqueline Martarella. Her murder remains unsolved. Jacqueline Martarella was found in April 1985 hidden in the tall reeds adjacent to the seventeenth hole of the Woodmere Country Club in exclusive Lawrence, Long Island. She was nude, ligature strangled and raped. Behind the course, in a secluded wooded section about six hundred yards from where the body was found, a small cave sat in the clearing. Inside this cave, was actually an abandoned root cellar from an estate that had stood on the property years before, we found shocking evidence. The walls were emblazoned with satanic symbols and inverted crosses. Outside the cellar they found clothing that looked very similar to what Jacqueline was wearing, according to her parents. Maury Terry, the author of The Ultimate Evil.
1985 LICENSED IN NEW YORK STATE 7-14-85
June, 1986 PATRICIA COSTELLO of Brentwood, Suffolk County, was living in Bay Shore at the time of her murder. She worked as a topless dancer/cocktail waitress at various bars in Suffolk County. At about 5pm, Sunday, June 1, 1986, a horseback rider in Heckscher State Park found Ms. Costellos nude, strangled body, approximately 200 feet from the shore of the Great South Bay in Islip. Seemingly, the assailant tried to make the murder appear to be a suicide by tying one end of a piece of material around Ms. Costellos neck and the other around a nearby tree. Cannot find any more information.
July 24, 1986, Life changed for the Nannerys on July 24, 1986, when 32-year-old Bobby Nannery, Helen's son, was beaten to death on a Copiague street. His is one of 91 unsolved murders in Suffolk County since the police started keeping count in 1956.

Police are checking missing-person records to see if the woman's description matches that of anyone reported missing, and are trying to match her fingerprints to others in police files.
"Right now," Heesch said, "the thing is trying to find the identity."
Police described the victim as being between 25 and 35 years old, between 110 and 140 pounds, and between 5 feet and 5 feet 4 inches. They said she had a pointed chin, a prominent nose and a brown ponytail.

Also, Belmar, Monmouth Beach, Allenhurst and Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park beaches in New Jersey closed because of a wash-up of large pieces of wood, grass clippings and a bag containing a severed human head and body parts...
In 1991, the father moved to Oak Beach, where he remained until his death. he passed 9/10/97.
July 18, 1992 IVONNE RIVERA, vanished from TJ's, once a popular bar in the waterfront village of Babylon, 23-year-old statistics major left the bar
alone about 2:30 a.m. , planning to walk home. Her battered, naked body was discovered by a man walking his dog in a grassy area near the Babylon grade school. The cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma. Police never recovered her clothes, and declined then, and now, to say whether she had been sexually assaulted.

Responding to reports of a bad odor coming from the woods at the end of a residential street in North Amityville, Suffolk County police yesterday afternoon found the badly decomposed body of an unidentified man in the undergrowth.
Police said last night that homicide detectives were investigating the case and that the Suffolk County Medical Examiner's Office would conduct an autopsy to determine a cause of death.
Petro Henry, whose house at the end of Offaly Street borders the woods, said he first smelled something on Wednesday night. He said he called police but that they searched the area with flashlights and found nothing.
When the smell worsened - "It really stank, and came up into my room at night," Henry said - he tried to find the source himself and then again called police after he failed. Police found the body after another search...

And we are expected to believe she was just another prostitute? She wasn't getting in a car near port authority and bringing her baby, she wasn't a craigslist girl bringing her baby on an outcall, she was someone in need and he was likely pretending to be someone who was going to help. If she was an escort who brought her baby she would needed to have her own car, but that would have led to the victims car laying around causing trouble for the perp. I conclude that he had reasons to be out east, work etc, may have even had an apartment or office out there where he could do his dirty work, dump the larger torso in the woods, then drive home to jones island where he knows he has the time and ease to dig and bury the identifiable parts.
So now the question is, did he actually know this woman and could she be connected to him so he had to dismember to prevent identification? He was wearing a tan or gray short-sleeved, V-neck knit shirt with black trim, a T-shirt with an Atlantic City emblem on it, size 30-32 Levi L2 blue jeans and a blue bathing suit. Heesch said police had recovered "more than three" bullet slugs from the body. But, he declined to confirm a caliber-or, in what part of the body the man had been shot.
On Friday night, the Suffolk medical examiner's office was still trying to identify the man through fingerprints, DNA and dental records.
Making identification more difficult was that the body was "very badly decomposed," Heesch said. It also had been attacked by animals.
An autopsy performed Friday could not determine how long the man had been dead. "This is what happens in cases where people are deposited in another area from where they are killed," Heesch said. "It's hard to give an estimate on how long he has been dead, since we've had an inconsistent weather pattern with severely cold weather and warm weather."

State Police Friday night were trying to identify a 20- to 30- year-old man whose decomposed body, shot "several times" with a small- caliber pistol and stuffed into a black garbage bag, was found Thursday by workers along the Northern State Parkway near the Wolf Hill Road exit in Dix Hills.
The body was discovered at 10:05 a.m. near a chain-link fence in a wooded area 50 feet off the shoulder of the eastbound lanes by a contracted inspector from the state Department of Transportation who was overseeing a grading operation about a half-mile east of the exit, police said.
"He's got a few gunshots in him, so this is definitely a homicide," Capt. Walter Heesch of the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation said, adding that police believe the body was "dumped" at the site.
The man, who was either white or Hispanic, was described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 140-150 pounds, with short, dark brown hair, Heesch said. He was wearing a tan or gray short-sleeved, V-neck knit shirt with black trim, a T-shirt with an Atlantic City emblem on it, size 30-32 Levi L2 blue jeans and a blue bathing suit. He was not wearing shoes or socks.
Heesch said police had recovered "more than three" bullet slugs from the body. But, he declined to confirm a caliber-or, in what part of the body the man had been shot.
On Friday night, the Suffolk medical examiner's office was still trying to identify the man through fingerprints, DNA and dental records.
Making identification more difficult was that the body was "very badly decomposed," Heesch said. It also had been attacked by animals.
An autopsy performed Friday could not determine how long the man had been dead. "This is what happens in cases where people are deposited in another area from where they are killed," Heesch said. "It's hard to give an estimate on how long he has been dead, since we've had an inconsistent weather pattern with severely cold weather and warm weather."

Her right foot and hands were found 4/14/11. She has now beeen id'd as JANE DOE NO. 6 with some remains found at Oak Beach. Police have done a reconstruction for her. Baby Doe found just East of her, OTHER body parts of Jane Doe #6 found in Manorville 2/19/2000. Her torso was located in the same Manorville area as Jessica Taylor's torso. Dismembered arms, legs and skull.
Nov. 23, 2000, UNID'D MALE found , intact and clothed. The victim had been dead for about three weeks, was white or HISPANIC, 20 to 30 years old, about 5-foot-6 and 130 to 150 pounds, and had black hair, found between exits 68 and 69, south side of eastbound LIE has surgical staple possibly from a previous fracture, wearing M blue/white striped Gap boxers. Crushed neck bones indicated he had been strangled.

SKELETAL HUMAN REMAINS OF AN ADULT were found yesterday morning by a man walking along the shoreline in Wantagh Park, Nassau police said.
According to Det. Sgt. Richard Laursen of the Homicide Squad, the PARTIAL skeleton, found at about 10:20 a.m. in the southeast corner of the park, had probably been washed up by the high tide. He said little could be determined about the body, but police hope to know more after an autopsy to be performed today by the Nassau County medical examiner.
Laursen said the skeleton is MISSING HEAD, RIB CAGE, AND LOWER LEGS. He said there were bits of clothing on the bones.
"WE DON'T KNOW IF ITS MALE OR FEMALE, BLACK OR WHITE," Laursen said, adding that the body had probably been in the water for a relatively long time and that there were no obvious signs of foul play. July 26, 2003 and 3/29/11 found: JESSICA TAYLOR, an upstate New York native, last seen July 18 to 21. 2003 working as a prostitute on the streets near the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, her nude torso was found in the Long Island Central Pine Barrens just off Halsey Manor Road in Manorville near the Long Island Expressway. A woman walking her dog came across Taylor’s butchered body on a pile of branches. Police say she had been dumped about a week before on a plastic sheet, her head and hands cut off.
Photo taken at the scene shows a tattoo on the right side of her back, a red heart with an angel wing that said, ‘‘Remy’s angel". with dozens of razor-thin crooked gashes, as though someone spent some considerable time not merely cutting the tattoo off but repeatedly slicing it from top to bottom.
A Washington, D.C. detective recognized the tattoo, six months later, as belonging to a woman reported missing by another local prostitute. She had been arrested for prostitution in Atlantic City, New York and D.C., where she had just relocated from that same month. When Taylor got into a car near the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattanin this area, she ended up 70 miles away in Manorville, where police say she was merely dumped, after being killed somewhere else.
Taylor’s skull, hands and forearm were found in the brush of Ocean Parkway along with the bodies of nine others,
July 30, 2003, four days later, hunters found the body of a WHITE OR HISPANIC MAN in his 20s with black hair in the woods off the eastbound side of the LIE near Exit 68—also the same patch of woods. He was wearing light blue-and-white striped GAP boxer shorts and had crushed neck bones—meaning he was strangled.

August 24, 2004 BILLY SMOLINSKI, JR, missing from Waterbury, CT., left behind his 5 year old German Shepherd named Harley, went to his neighbor's house and told the neighbor he needed them to care for the dog because he would be gone for three days & then asked them to feed the dog who was locked inside the home. The neighbor said Billy never returned with the keys to his house so they could feed the dog & he has not been heard from since.

The significance of this is that she apparently had multiple "dates" on LI and it is close to certain that she made the two Voicemail calls herself. July 10, 2008 – For the second time in two weeks, a body was found dumped on the side of a road on the Southern State Parkway in the North Merrick area, police said yesterday. Hands were with her body.

The significance of this is that she apparently had multiple "dates" on LI and it is close to certain that she made the two Voicemail calls herself. Okay, and since they are unable to determine the gender at sight, we know, those are not fresh remains ...
Here is what I am thinking: If I can, I will put all of this into a spreadsheet. It will take me a while to figure out the best way to show correlations but I will try. Now, off to find the list of items to put into columns and rows...I was hoping someone else would do it 
The sicker part is how many bodies are probably out there that are hidden by people who know how to hide bodies better than most. I recall that interview in a bar with a Manorville local who stated how all of the locals weren't worried that a killer could be among them because all of the locals know there are much better locations in the Long Island Pine Barrens to hide bodies where they will never be found.
If SCPD was truly serious about investigating this case they would decide right here, right now that it's time to put together the most massive search in police history. It's very simple to organize. There are no shortage of volunteers on Long Island.
In Suffolk County alone there are 109 volunteer fire departments. Each department has dozens of members willing and able to assist the police department. If each department sent five members, that would total 545 additional men and woman to help search. New York also has the New York Guard. It's a volunteer organization with thousands of members that assist the National Guard. These are just two examples of organizations that can supply the manpower to Suffolk County to assist with a search.
I said it before and I will say it again... it's time for a good old fashioned shoulder-to-shoulder search. They should of did it on Jones Island and now they should do it in the Pine Barrens. Set up a military-style search grid and search each sector with the dogs, on horseback, by ATV, with the divers (there are over two dozen lakes/ponds/streams) and most important of all, by should-to-shoulder. Don't just follow the zig-zagging trails (as they did off of Ocean Parkway) but actually march straight across over foot of every quadrant of every grid until they are absolutely sure they searched the area the way it deserves to be searched.
