I understand that he had 1 or 2 other apartments in Montreal before this final one where Jun Lin was murdered. It apparently was close to where Jun Lin worked (convenience store) and was also fully furnished. It would be nice to be able to get a pic or if someone lives around that area, if they could go and see what kind of sofa are in those units. In the pics with the boa the sofa is brown. It might help us identify if this happened in Montreal.

We know that he was in England mid December 2011, then he rented that other apartment in Montreal for 2 months so lets say till end of February and in March he rented the apartment in Montreal where he murdered Jun Lin.

Now having said that he was escorted out of his accommodation by the police in England. We have no idea how much money he owed, had he been there a month or two? There has to be a way to find out.

In the article it mentions L.A. and Arizona prior to him arriving in England. What I find confusing is didn't someone say he was in the Hollywood area in mid February 2012? and yet the 1st Landlord in Montreal said he only stayed two months and was gone mid. Feb.

We talked about this chick back around the 7 th thread? I looked into her ...she seems more like she wants everyone to think she is Lukas BFF. Can anyone identify luka in any of those pics she posted. I couldn't see some of them but the ones I saw could have been anyone. IMO

None of the pictures are identifiable. I don't think she knew him at all.

Couple of adjustments... remember, he definitely was in Montreal at 695 Rue Charlevoix on May 1 2011 as that is when the Maclean's photographer met and did the photoshoot. So far, to my knowledge, we haven't been able to nail down an exact date of when he left that unit. He was at the other apartment in the same area January to the end of Feburary 2012, this is confirmed by the recent article where the landlord mentioned getting the phonecall from toronto police in Mid March 2012 and they had "missed him by two weeks" .

I am now of the belief Montreal was the 'homebase' for at least a good year and a bit from minimum Spring 2011 onwards. As for the LA, Arizona and wherever else he's supposedly been, I think these were short term trips / stays, while he kept a cheap furnished place in Montreal he could return to from time to time. During those trips, he could turn tricks and do whatever else to finance it. It would be important to try and nail down genuine contacts in these towns while he was there. What was he doing in Arizona? Was he even there in person, or just posting on an AZ board? Some of these cities and trips I think were illusions. It was pointed out he was not the Eric Newman who got a traffic ticket in AZ at a time he was possibly in that area. Besides, any ticket would be in the name LRM as that is his legal name since 2006. If the Salta lawyer emails are genuine, the HEAT had been on him since January 2011 regarding the animal cruelty, so I think he was bouncing around the continent in a downward spiral.

The Video of the kitten drowning was filmed in August 2011 and was filmed in the same apartment that the Python video's were filmed in. The floorboard heaters are like no sort of heaters Ive ever seen in this area (where I live). We also have pictures of him from April 2011 standing at McGill University and the confirmation from the Photographer in May of 2011 that he was in Montreal.

On another thread (online personae) another poster here mentioned that Luka requested some photoshop services in some forum, he used the username "littlenemo1". Two people respond, one of them also responds back that he has finished. The post is dated July 28th 2011.

Anyway, I thought it is interesting that the person who answered his request and said that he finished the job is from Mesa, Arizona. We know Luka said he was in Arizona for a while, at least he posted with cutelittlenemo1 claiming that location, there is no proof he was there but still... strange... I wonder what he requested to be photoshopped. It would be interesting to investigate or ask that person.

I hope that picture is just photoshop... I might be a bit paranoid but don't you think it is strange that the cat and snake are close to weight lifting gym equipment? I know it is not the same type but LM does have a picture of him lifting weight... Twin Playboy bunnies and an animal-rights group tried to enlist one of the world's biggest *advertiser censored* stars last year to help catch Luka Rocco Magnotta.

Ron Jeremy said he was asked to lure Magnotta, a small-time Canadian *advertiser censored* actor, to Los Angeles with a phoney job offer to appear in an X-rated flick.

The ploy was concocted more than a year before Magnotta became a murder suspect in the gruesome death of Montreal student Jun Lin.
Instead of meeting a legend who's cavorted for the camera in more than 2,000 adult films, Magnotta was to be apprehended by a hard-nosed group of animal-rights activists.

Jeremy, however, got cold feet and the sting operation never moved ahead.

At the time, animal-rights advocates had alleged that Magnotta killed kittens and posted videos of the deeds on the Internet — accusations he has publicly denied.

I hate to rain on the article's parade, and the groups work in general is admirable ... but ... there has to be an ACTIVE warrant before anyone (in the U.S and most everywhere else) can start playing Dog The Bounty Hunter. As far as I know there was no actual WARRANT in any country for him. There was always confusion about where the videos were produced / uploaded and because the laws are vague and weak in some cases, there was never enough to pin him to it, yet.
They were working on it, including Toronto Police, apparently, by the phone calls trying to locate him in Montreal. I think that explained why he was moving around so much in that last year and a bit, the heat was on. But, what did they plan to do, mob him and lynch him in the street? You're not allowed to take the law into your own hands, even in emotional plights such as that, without SOLID proof. Apparently, the proof wasn't LEGALLY airtight or would have been picked up for at least questioning long before that. You can't even hold someone unlawfully until police arrives, unless there is an active warrant. He was using his real legal name on all his ID and on his applications where he lived, so it shouldn't have been that hard to track him down had they finally felt they had enough evidence to warrant a questioning or arrest.

That scheme, while very hollywood and entertaining in nature, could have backfired big-time on them. And I'm not talking about him slaughtering them all on scene. I'm talking about him suing the pants off all of them, playing the victim and pushing his fame through the roof. That would have been a dream scenario for him to continue to defend his self-alleged innocence while at the same time promoting with sock puppets how he was arrested and what an evil person he is.

The Rescue Ink/Ron Jeremy scheme--are you kidding me? While I in no way have any sympathy for LM, and he deserves to be locked up for a long time, vigilantism isn't the answer.
I don't see how luring him to the U.S. would have been legal, as the kitten killings were most likely done in Canada.
What a can of worms that would have opened up!
*That* is the kind of thing that hurts "real" (legitimate) animal rescue operations. Just like the whole fiasco with the other animal rights group that pretended to be LM online.

Well Beavisbutthead put on his YouTube account today saying he can prove the kitten videos aren't real. I am waiting for him to post his supposed proof but I won't hold my breath on that one. What I did find out waiting, for this proof to appear, is that Beavisbutthead also goes under the name of Mattypantaloons and I also now know his real name ... Hey Matt E.... I won't post your last name for privacy sake but you live also on Decarie, real close to where LM lived, hence the reason you took a video of his apartment and lobby. You should be careful when doing a video when there are mirrors in the lobby. Gives away your identity.

I believe BB lives in the states, specifically Florida, and he has several sock puppet accounts, but I didin't think mattypantaloons was one of them. BB's style of writing is very recognizable and matty's doesn't seem to match. I also believe that BB is in his mid to late 40's and Matty looks much younger to me. Google stldetrl, stldtrl, and jdohe. These, IMO, are all BB.

Both have vids on their YouTube site saying they took the vid of the apartment and lobby where ML lived. Both were captured in the mirrors in the lobby and they are the same person. I did a search on Mattypantaloons in pics on google and it is the same person I saw in each. Did a search for addy in Montreal and found this individual resides EXTREMELY close to that apartment. Also the vid Beavis posted of the lobby was uploaded two days before Mattypantaloons did.
