Shimmers, well I don't know if it could be likened to any job really... if you are at work all day cooking as a chef for example, you don't then want to come home to yet more cooking lol!!
Also I have seen those old, fat guy pics too who LM had to do "stuff" with! Not good!!!

Very true, and yet I've known meth users over the long-term and watched them go through cycles where they looked ghastly and on the edge of death, only to come out of that months later and start looking healthier almost miraculously. Of course, their teeth don't recover.

Yeah, I noticed when I lived in "Meth Town," I'll call it, after awhile, they all started looking alike. They also started getting strange facial grimaces and weird body movements. Some kind of neurological damage, I presume. On Google you can find comparison pics of what meth users looked like before and after. After several years, there is a very profound change. Just ghastly.

I have gone and watched some *advertiser censored* he made...a 3way with two dudes close to his age. In the vignette he is awkward and unnatural. He manages to get an erection but is only able to orgasm by jacking himself off in what appears to be a vigorous effort. So yeah, he could get it up but it is obvious he's awkward in his sexual interactions.

I agree with your point that he could just have been turned off with sex in general given he associated it with the disgust of his prostitution. STILL...I am unclear how he was able to succeed as an escort. Mind you, "success" doesn't mean lots of money....by all appearances it looks like he "subsisted", having low income, bankrupcy, fraud, and a vagabond lifestyle. Maybe that is my answer...he was a bad lay...wasn't a good escort and made little money!

He still managed to pay rent, bought a flight to Paris, stayed in hotels and bought a ticket from Paris to Berlin... Don't know how much wellfair is in Canada, how much money he made in being a rent boy and even if he was "working" the last part of his free life? But the rent was 490 dollar, the Paris-Berlin ticket is around 150-170 euro's ( found that out ) and the plane ticket i'm not sure of if it was a last minute or a pre-bought one. If it was a last minute then it would be cheap(er). The hotels were 40 euro per night, i believe. He could had saved some money, but still, he need to have some expenses before all this happened , food, phone bills, etc

At this point I'm thinking he was impotent due to an inability to be emotionally intimate with a partner. It seems like he would cover for this issue by saying that his sex work made him lose interest in sex. Meanwhile, he probably could experience his sexuality through indirect means like *advertiser censored*, or super-kinky sex (rather than loving intimate sex). I've seen this before in someone who was a lot like Luka and had a similar background; they want to love but they don't know how to have an actual healthy loving relationship. Instead, they keep going back to these distortions, these methods that distance them from intimacy and are oddly comforting to these people because the pain is what they've always known at home. It's similar to self-torture--self-cutting and the like--where there's a relief and comfort to pain. And I believe this is because these people knew more pain than love growing up.

Of course, I can't prove this and neither do I want to write a book, threading all the biographical details together about Luka, just to prove this point. But it's a strong hunch at this point that he was definitely impotent and it was due to emotional issues stemming from his upbringing.

I'm astonished that LM didnt concoct hundreds of amazing reviews of him as an escort.

I agree. And I do have empathy for whatever he suffered as a child and how that impacted his trajectory and/or intimacy/impotency issues. Still my original question was how did this guy make a living as an escort given his sexual inadequacies and his intimate awkwardness? That's when I decided the evidence available suggests he was a lousy lay, poor and thus not successful as a prostitute. Pretty much fits with his exaggerated self-portrait of being so goodlooking.....the exaggeration extended to his sexual prowess. Just smoke & mirrors....

Meth users tend to go through phases where they are "clean" and even while using they aren't always high. They tend to recognize it's not good to be on the stuff and so they fight their urges for a while. The fact that he couldn't maintain an erection at times does not have to mean that he was non-user overall. That said, if he'd been using meth all these years he would probably look a lot worse. He looks basically healthy in all the photos I've seen of him. And I'd guess that in his prison photos he's sleep-deprived, starved, stressed...so he wasn't looking his best that day--but still, not unhealthy.
Agreed. He doesn't look like a tweaker to me at all. He may have used occasionally, but I see no indications of regular drug abuse. At least not drugs that display outward signs, such as meth or heroin. Keep in mind that hard meth or heroin users revolve their lives around their next fix. His regular and persistent self-promotion and internet trolling do not fit that sort of hard addict. In fact, it's more indicative that he was addicted to that behavior in itself. But then again, what the hell do I know, right?

And add to the emotional scars, the side-effects of his meds (sexual dysfunction). Not surprising then, that he was a dud. That could certainly lead to frustration, as well as depression, especially in his line of work.

Good point...and I agree. Can you imagine the disappointment of clients who would have read those reviews and then experienced a cold, flaccid fish? :lipssealed: Maybe he just didn't want to have to live up to high expectations sexually? I know that seems hypocritical to his online footprint but hypocrasy was/is part of LM.

Ah yeah, I hadn't addressed that yet. From what we've learned about Luka, it would seem that he made a living by multiple means: the sex industry in its various forms and stealing credit cards (probably other kinds of stealing). It could be as simple as finding clients who liked S&M. There can be big money in fetishes. I never had a hard time believing he could make money as an escort. The impotency wouldn't be an issue as long as the sex was somehow violent, is my guess.

I think maybe he made a lot of his money by what he was willing to do. Some of that way out-there stuff has to cost more to see or get to do to someone, right?

And for simple, everyday prostitute stuff, he could give oral sex without needing an erection. Some other options have been mentioned previously.

I agree the fetish stuff could bring in the cha-ching....and bj's don't require virility. And according to some on here, he certainly could have used more "facials" given his complexion....

That's a joke people....sue me!

Does anybody know on which site the escort review was posted? If we have that we can probably also see his ad, it could state what he was willing to do for money.

I've been searching but cant find a thing...

(Snip)

Not good at all. It reminds of his favorite Criminal Minds episode where the high class Call Girl was killing some of her influential clients because in their profession they were supposed to be the good guys, but they weren't.

Thanks for the find! Been wanting to read that review...

Wow...and is it ever scathing. That poor customer paid $1200 (Canadian) for the weekend and pretty much doesn't sound like he got much for it. Of course now he can claim fame as to having slept with LM and survived! :what:
$1200 for one weekend? I am definitely in the wrong industry!

Isn't it odd that this guy references Beavis & Butthead? And then there is this statement: "I have a basically smooth body". I recall seeing Luka use this wording. Most people say, "I basically have a smooth body". IDK which is grammatically correct, but it's a use of language that I noticed in Luka's comments (I will see if I can dredge up an example) and it's the first thing I noticed here. Any chance Luka would write his own bad review about himself? I mean, he has written some pretty nasty things about himself. Just a thought...
