If I was the warden I would literally be chuckling every time I saw him. He is such a little princess. Wonder how long his hunger strike will last? Probably only a couple days because he obviously has no restraint and can't stand being uncomfortable. Whatever BSL.

Yeah, exactly my thoughts, too.

He's obviously really bad at impulse control. I doubt he could handle a diet program, let alone a hunger strike.

And when BSL was arrested, in court, and in pics we've seen of him....well, he doesn't look like he had been missing any meals. I'm thinking any "hunger strike" won't last long.

PS: I love the Grumpy Cat "starve" meme! Exactly how everyone feels, BSL!

I have often wondered about other women who may be his victims in states far away (I don't think any high-profile cases - except maybe Ali Lowitzer's, if hers could even be considered high-profile - but likely less-known ones...say missing escorts...). I remember hearing/reading seeing that he traveled quite a bit to see girlfriends and "friends" all over. I hope that is all being seriously checked out.
 
I suggest they leave BSL in solitary because he hates it so much, maybe he will work out a deal (give up some information) in exchange for being moved with the general public. This prison life is not new or unknown to him, he knows what he has to do to get what he wants. For some reason He believes he is a victim ... so smart, yet so dumb!

Interesting tidbit from that article: (BBM)

His ruling shows the psychological report concluded that Lavergne "was in the high average range of intellectual functioning and factual understanding of the legal process intact." Judge Clause further stated, "He knowingly and voluntarily waived the right to a fair and impartial trial and all other constitutional rights. Furthermore, the State did nothing to in contravention of the plea agreement."

In one of his claims, Lavergne argues items--such as his cell phone, computers, clothes, documents, and a sword--taken during the investigation should be returned to him. He says they're not contraband and they're no longer needed as evidence, but 15th Judical District Judge Herman Clause denied his request based on Lavergne's application to withdraw his guilty plea. "Thus the possibility of renewed prosecution of the case and the defendant going to trial for these crimes remains," Clause noted in his order. He added, "In that situation, the seized property may be needed as evidence."

Good to hear they are still investigating other possible cases. I hope this isn't the last time we hear of BSL simply because I want other girls to be found and their family able to know what happened to them if he is at all responsible for anyone else's death.

Lavergne claims his attorney's did nothing to stop "leaks" of publicity, and among other claims, abandoned him while he was leading law enforcement to Shunick's body, which happened after he signed the plea agreement and confessed. Also, Lavergne claims his attorneys improperly advised him to accept the plea agreement and claims his attorneys didn't tell him he could plead no contest.

i thought he said he led them to Mickey's grave because he wanted to bring her family closure and he felt bad after seeing Charlie on TV. Again, what a LIAR. Not that any of us were fooled by that excuse the 1st time anyway.

And...
Lavergne's claims of torture and coercion are unfounded. He claims media hype and law enforcement leaks tainted the jury pool and that solitary confinement and no outside recreation tortured him and caused him to go insane.

BSL & DFJ (Donnie F Jones jr.>murder of TN nursing student Megan Sharpton 07/2012)are two peas in a 'POD'.. Isn't that what they call prison cells now; pods?
Both BSL & DFJ filed motions to rescind their murder confessions once the reality of LWOP in prison set in. They both have 'other selves', and hide behind their masks of normalcy, as do all psychopathic predators.

Imo, this is why they are so evil and have the ability to show no remorse. They have no empathy or human emotions, and are always taking on the role as the victim..

He is asking for prayers and forgiveness...as he prays for us. Requesting we understand the truth of May 19th...whatever that may be. He's not the 'monster' portrayed by many...
