MOM bringing out who all was present when Sybrina heard the 911 tape was very telling as was the fact that the police were not present. This will come out again when Crump is on the stand. imo

Will GZ's family say it is his voice on the tape?

It is up to the bailiff to secure the evidence at the end of each court day, IMO. At least it always has been when I have escorted inmates to court for trial.

MOO

Well of course it was GZ calling after Trayvon was dead- that has never in dispute. Calling out is not screaming.
The screams stopped dead with the shot- but GZ claims he was still in mortal fear of his life- had no idea Trayvon was dead. Makes no sense.
I hope GZ takes the stand to explain. IMHO.

This was before TM was shot. It is while they were still scuffling before the shot..

That is fact in evidence...

The neighbor was JOHN and he came out to see them on the ground. Said as he got closer he could see TM on top of GZ fighting.. GZ called out to him for help from the bottom and he went in and called 911 and then there was the shot...

JMO based on details...

Seriously. It makes the state look bad IMO. Did the jury actually hear that was the problem? I don't know SOP for securing evidence but there should be some kind of security procedure with extra keys so the court doesn't have to wait on a locksmith. Anyone ever see this happen in another trial?

Is she identifying the hoodie? Just a guess of something that would emotional resonance. BS on WFTV is saying SF should have been last. Yep. NOt really understanding why the family didn't come after the ME.

JMO.

The judge must be seething. It seems to not take much to tick her off, IMO.

The other day I was commenting on the rather large displays of the hoodie and other items. A TV commentator said the reason for the way the items were preserved had to do with the fact that the items were not properly stored and stunk to high heaven. The only way they could bring them into the court was to encase them in that wood/plastic contraption.

You say initiated the confrontation...but who initiated the physical fight? If TM was fearful he could have used his non-confrontational words (not crappy _ss cracker, (refer to RJ's testimony). He could well have said that there were no worries, he was on his way home.

Instead, TM chose to hit GZ, beginning the physical beating that led GZ to fear for his life and reach for his gun to save his life. MOO

nobody knows who started the physical confrontation but according to "stand your ground" Trayvon had every right to stand his IMO

No, John Good said he believes it was George yelling for help during the altercation and that he was watching the altercation taking place right off his patio at the time. jmo

Exactly what I've thought all along. There's usually some truth in every lie and it's quite possible that Zimmerman knew Trayvon was screaming and that others may have heard so the first thing he said was that he was screaming for help himself. JMO

I've thought the same thing all along as well: the Defendant, who created the situation by profiling, following, approaching his Victim, had plenty of time to concoct whatever story would best fit his needs, in anticipation of just such situation.

In my opinion, Defendant has had this mapped out in his head for a very long time, perhaps well before he even ran into Trayvon. I do believe he was determined to "take action" against what he considers to be "*advertiser censored**ing Punks", who "always get away". Depraved mind through and through, in my view, and an innocent child lost his life as a result.

Justice for Trayvon.

I appreciate the mods also because they are very fair. It's a hard job, IMO.

I appreciate when the Mods remind us to be clear about what is just opinion and to give links to information which is not. I wouldn't take the job of doing that and I'm glad they have.

MOM is asking if she HOPED to hear her son scream? Idiot. No mother hopes for that.
A sign of how little they respect this family.

Very well said, Truthy!! Here we have TM's mother, who attended college and his brother who will graduate from college next year....and the defense looks down their persnickety, ill mannered, insensitive noses at them.IMO

MOM hated to see this mother's evidence come in and fought it with ugly disdain. THEN he had the belligerant, devious cheek to try and impeach Trayvon's brother's testimony...with no provacation to do so. Everyone else in the court room Got It but West and MOM, who are daily demonstrating their desire to distort and outright fabricate because their case has slipped away in this week. IMO

This Judge isn't having any of the defense's illogical and unsavvy motions.IMO

It's not enough his brother was slain, the defense want to destroy the remaining son as well. IMO

For being followed, which isn't a crime, and possibly being asked who he was, still not a crime? When you say "Trayvon had every right to stand his", you are assuming that GZ started a physical fight, despite you acknowledging that no one knows who actually started the fight. MOO

He also said whit or red, LOL. Red reads very dark in evening light. White, the opposite. And he changed his testimony- said a lot of it was supposition. The woman with a much better view said the man on top, got up and walked away- and we all know that was George.

IMO you are absolutely correct. There is only one person who benefits by GZ's story, no matter what he says. And I personally believe he made the whole thing up and that he did decide to detain TM from the moment he saw him, whatever it took. Knowing about the SYG law (Although he said he didn't to Hannity, again to make himself look innocent, IMO) he worked it out in his mind how he could get away with it. IMO

He is 4 years older than TM.

Does anyone know when their parents divorced??

That is just an frame of reference for me and has nothing to do with out come of the case.

So far he is presenting well for me!
