GUILTY CA - Dr. William Ayres for child molestation, San Mateo, 2007 #2

Fourth? Something should be done so these peole can't file after the 2nd time. Clearly he knows he's f*cked and just trying to stay out of prison a little bit longer. I wish he would just take his punishment for the crimes he committed. Stop all the BS already!

Sentencing still on for August 26th. Victims will be reading statements. The judge has set aside two days for victims' statements.

Coffee and donuts will be available to victims, families and friends at 8:15 am in a second-floor conference room of the Redwood City, California courthouse on Monday August 26th, 2013.

Victims are urged to attend. At a hearing two weeks ago, when some victims spoke, Ayres couldn't look at them. He needs to hear from as many of his victims as possible.

Ayres has been sentenced to eight years in prison. He's off to San Quentin:

Dayum. Sure I wanted life, but it is essentially the same. San Quentin. I dont know if this gives any peace to his many, many, many victims-but now he lives in a prison that is the physical equivalent possibly of the one they have lived in all of these years.

Great Job to everyone who refused to give up and who refused to shut up. One down, but San Mateo has a whole lot to answer for. :burn:

Believe09: Ayres more than likely has victims at every single prison in California. He's no dummy. He knows many of his victims are inmates.

At the sentencing, victim's advocate Victoria Balfour read a letter from an inmate at San Quentin whom Ayres had tried to molest in the 1970s when the man was a juvenile. Lots more like him at San Quentin who were actually molested.

This is truly what goes around comes around, Karma...whatever you want to call it.

I feel no satisfaction or joy because I wish those boys now men had never encountered a monster such as Ayres.

San Mateo better start reviewing what they have in liquid assets because there is far more to this story and way more responsibility that needs to be taken.

The same old stunts are being pulled by the corrupt San Mateo District Attorney's office:

Radio talk show host and Today Show legal analyst Robin Sax:

San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe tried to retaliate against me for writing a story that was critical of the Ayres prosecutor:

On September 2, 2013, the Larry Elder radio show out of KABC in Los Angeles did a segment about the problematic prosecutor, Melissa Mckowan in the Ayres case.

The guest hosts for the Labor Day show were Leo Terrell and Robin Sax. Journalist Victoria Balfour, who brought the Ayres case to the San Mateo PD, was a guest on the show. You can hear the 10 minute segment here:

Robin Sax , one of the hosts, is a former prosecutor in Los Angeles and currently works as a legal analyst for the Today Show.

Sax actually has some prior experience with the Ayres case, as she wrote an article in the Huffington Post in 2009 about Balfour being barred from access to the courtroom in the first Ayres criminal trial.

Sax recounted on this week's radio show about how bizarrely, San Mateo DA Steve Wagstaffe tried to retaliate against her for writing the opinion piece by calling up her then- boss, Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley to try to get her disciplined for speaking out about the matter.

Sax was not disciplined for her opinion piece.

Sax talks about how odd it was that Wagstaffe would try to retaliate against her.

Time for Steve to take a leave of absence or the equivalent. No one is going to lay prosecutorial misconduct solely at McKowan's feet imvho.... Is there anything in the wind about civil suits against San Mateo County and the judge who sent boys to Ayres?

Good points and questions, Believe09: Lots of juveniles who were sent to Ayres by judges have come forward in recent months. Many of them are inmates. Discussions are underway as to the options for them.

Dr. William Ayres died on April 20, 2016, in prison. Victims and press were never notified of his death. Ditto for a parole hearing he had in March.. No victims notified. Prosecutor on the case who was sued for violating Marsy's Law in another child molestation case was derelict once again, despite being disciplined by the state Bar.

Although he died in prison in 2016, there are hundreds of his juvenile victims who are inmates, who don't even know Ayres was arrested. 13 juvenile victims have just filed a lawsuit against various San Mateo County agencies, including Hillcrest Juvenile Hall, for failing to protect the victims and in some cases throwing them into isolation units when they spoke up about the abuse.
