It also reminds me of Janet Edwards from Hereford last year:

I think the police believe that Nicola has self-harmed sadly.
I never thought of that - maybe the Lancashire police have better contacts with the national media than the Thames Valley police!
I hope the Lancashire police consider a potential crime scene in Nicola's disappearance, as well as the fallen in the river scenario.

I wonder what Leah's family make of the saturation media coverage of Nicola Bulley's disappearance? There was nothing like this, certainly not on a national scale, for Leah when she vanished. What prompted Channel 5 to have a live...
Do we know any of the following?
1. Who dropped the kids off at school - Nicola or her partner?
2. Who was it who last saw her walking at 9.15?
3. How long was it between this last sighting of Nicola and the sighting of the dog on it's own?
4. Who was it who spotted the dog and phoned the...
I agree with you, it makes no sense for Nicola to just 'go off the grid' and leave the dog behind in such a public place - why would she do that?
IMO either she has had an accident and fallen in the river or something else has happened to her.
Latest update from the BBC:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-64462917
Supt Sally Riley said the force was keeping "a really open mind about what could have happened but we do believe that the likelihood is that Nicola has gone missing and this is not a crime inquiry".
According to a neighbour, it was 2019 when the owner was last at the property:
https://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2022-10-12/home-cordoned-off-as-police-investigate-discovery
This report confirms a Kuwaiti businesswomen owns the property and that gardens were searched in the area in 2019 but not...

It doesn't seem as though the neighbours at Loxbeare Drive saw anyone at the property around the time Leah disappeared, whether they had a beard or not...
I couldn't agree more Holly.
After his conviction in 2009, Maxwell should have been put on the SO Register for life. After his lenient sentence in 2018 he was asked to sign the register but he should have already been on it. Had he been on it, the sentence he received in 2018 would surely have...
Thanks for replying @lilmystery.
So it would appear that the report was referring to the mast when it said that Leah's phone was disconnected at the northern end of Furzton lake, near to the Premier Inn hotel. I had mistakenly interpreted this report literally, thinking that Leah's last known...
I understand what you are referring to @LINEOFDUTY.
IMO the report of Leah's phone being disconnected at the northern end of Furzton Lake, near to the Premier Inn, was not the actual location of where Leah was last potentially known to have been, but the location of the mast that picked up the...
Hi @shadwell.
During your media trawl, have you come to any conclusions of the time of the meeting PH attended that afternoon? In the C5 documentary his daughter said that the meeting started at 3.45pm, lasted half-an-hour and that he left around 4.20. In 2015 PH stated that the meeting started...
Hi,
This is the link from the MK Citizen which reports when the location settings on Leah's phone were switched off on 14 February 2019:
https://www.miltonkeynes.co.uk/news/crime/missing-from-milton-keynes-leah-croucher-the-timeline-everything-we-know-so-far-1307616
'5.45pm. Leah walks home...

I found this interesting from the above item:
Convicted sex offender Maxwell was the only person believed to have keys to the Furzton house...
What time was the meeting though? His daughter said in the Channel 5 documentary that the meeting started at 3.45, while PH himself said it was 3.15:
https://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/13578032.innocent-time-clear-name---peter-herons-letter-durham-police-chief/
I had lunch with Ann at 1pm...
