I agree. K was just drunk-dialing her ex. Who hasn't done that at least once? They still had feelings for each other and were on good terms. She probably just wanted to talk to him, and the late night phone calls were apparently a habit of hers.
I don't think any of those students were aware of...
There is some evidence. And it all points to Terri. But the prosecutors want either a body or something else before they will take this one to court. It's simply a matter of not wanting to lose their one shot at putting Terri behind bars where she belongs.
And there are also plenty of cases...
It reminds me more of Aniah Blanchard. A perp who had a long record, a prior kidnapping charge, violent.....and a victim who fought very hard for her life. There was a lot of blood in Aniah's car as well. In Aniah's case LE also knew who they were looking for pretty early in the case because...
Possibly during the "brief struggle" one of his shoes came off.....or he grabbed one of Eliza's shoes as she was kicking him and it came off with his touch DNA on it. Or it could be that he had an extra pair of shoes in his car and one fell out onto the ground while he was getting her into the SUV.
Obviously not @MassGuy......but LE doesn't need to release photos. They're following other leads they've developed and seem to know quite a lot.
They've been pretty tight-lipped the whole time so I believe they must have some pretty strong evidence and/or good information already.
I see it as...
LE may have a lot more information on Kiely's interactions at the party than we think. I have no problem with LE withholding information from the public, if that is what's happening here. They have probably asked that party-goers not talk to the media either. In almost every case, LE knows a lot...
Since no fires are allowed, I'm guessing the kids used battery powered camping lights and/or car lights to illuminate the area of the party and provide music. Those light sources don't last forever, and it gets cold later at night. My guess is that the party ended naturally because kids were...
The people who live in Appalachia are very suspicious of outsiders and strangers. It's not so remote that no one would ever see them at some point. There are also a lot of tourists visiting now so it would actually not be a place where they could hide out long term without being noticed.
They...
You may be right. He may never be found. That area is a great place to dump a body....especially a small child's body. And Terri knew that.
But I still keep hoping that someone will find him one day.
Kaine had custody of Kyron.....and Terri was his wife. She was Kyron's caretaker so she couldn't be charged with custodial interference.
The DA in Kyron's case apparently wants a body or some kind of physical evidence....or something more than what they have. This is one of those cases where LE...
I don't personally believe Kyron was snatched by a stranger. He was seen by a room full of people at the science fair, and then seen leaving that room with Terri Horman. Terri claims she watched as he walked down the hall towards his classroom, and that she never saw him again . But a witness...
