I've done some reverse address searches and if you can believe them, her current address is not the same as this. It appears her ex may still live there and some other folks come up with that as their current address as well. Hard to say.

Here's the statute that she is being charged under: Section 19-4301A – Idaho State Legislature I thought I saw that her charge is a felony which makes sense.

This case is so heart breaking.

For the families sake, I really hope the killer wasn't a relative. The whole thing is devastating but it seems like if your relative killed your child, that would be so much harder to recover from.

Yeah that's what I thought. My 4 year old has Xrays because of a loose tooth but my 7 year old hasn't needed Xrays yet so it really just depends.
