I never knew JM owned property in Belize? The drug cartel angle-People Mag suggests that possibly Jm was under pressure to ship his fountains loaded with drugs. Which we know now was untrue, but that is where it started at.
I just found a "People Magazine Investigates" documentary on the McStay Murders. It is on ID Discovery entitled "Shallow Graves." For those who might be interested.
I have personally put him in my rear view mirror. NOTHING more needs to be said. I will go forward KNOWING that the MS Family's KILLER has been brought to justice. He will NEVER prey upon anyone else in his life.
I'm sure he also had to deal with Suicide Watch. I promise you his life in prison is no picnic. There might come a day when he will HAVE to cash in his "celebrity" chips in order to stay alive. Don't believe everything you read. I don't *THINK* prison in Calif has changed that much, even though...
Also: Most inmates sentenced to LWOP/Death are automatically placed on suicide watch when they return from court. They will be interviewed by a Psychologist and it will be up to the Psych whether to release them from the "safety cell." I believe CM will have experienced another inmate sentenced...
Because he would have to sit in a court cell all day until every inmate had been seen by the judge, before being sent back to the jail. He'd rather be in his jail cell watching tv, IMO.
If "formal" sentencing takes place on 9/27, CM will remain in SBSO Custody for at least 1-2 months after that waiting for his penal paperwork to be completed, before sending him to prison. That leaves us with around Thanksgiving this year when he will actually be sent to prison. Gobble Gobble !
Your insight has been phenomenal during the trial. You have a gift of reading between the lines and explaining it in plain English. Never crossed my mind that a guilty/DP4x might look "vengeful" by the jurors. I believe there was a 1 hold out on the DP for JM, but that's just my opinion. Again...
IMO, CM knows what prison is like and possibly had a chance to live amongst the other inmates/job etc. He is now a caged Rat until he takes his last breath. I'm SURE he has been housed alone during the trial and realizes he will spend his life alone.
The YEARS, months and days this trial took has FINALLY ended today. The jurors, IMO, got it 100% right with guilty/death for CM. CM will NEVER prey upon the public EVER again. His life is over as we know it and he will ALWAYS have to look over his shoulder, even in prison, for killing the MS...
He will NEVER eat at McDonald's, go grocery shopping or doing daily mundane things EVER again. He will live on a concrete floor, surrounded by 3 brick walls and a cage. EXACTLY the punishment he deserves, IMO.
Did you see his fake tears when LWOP was read? He thought he had a chance at that moment of a life in prison, until the DEATH verdicts came down, BOOM !
