This is what I was thinking. Even Luka Magnotta, another evil person who tried to play the mental illness card at trial, wanted to write his victim's mother a letter to apologise.

Hopefully the evidence he saw and heard at the trial will haunt him every day.

I think it's JH's apparent lack of sympathy for his victims that disappoints me more than anything else.

I think the jury has even commented they can't see JH's demeanour/expressions from where they are sitting.

He did very well. My son has a stutter, so it really touched my heart to watch his testimony.

Wonderful news on the verdict!! :happydance: I checked twitter expecting to see the same old updates about the jury having lunch, breaks, and so on. Was so pleasantly surprised to see the news. I've been starting to worry this week, since it was taking so long.
