Hi everyone, I’m new to Elaine’s case and I’ve been trying to read up on the facts of the case that we know thus far.
I just want to make sure I’m understanding the last moments correctly:
1. the 6:04am time stamp was from a camera on (or near) DC’s property.
2. This camera captured Elaine...
somewhat related to the topic of his certain genuine care/love in some areas, one of the things that has haunted me for years and probably always will is when he was asked about a certain victim (i *believe* it was Debra Feldman and they had put her picture in front of him? i might be getting...
i think the agents did their best, given that he wasn't a talker to begin with and was only giving info for what he'd get in return (the coffees at first and then trying to get an execution date). but yeah ultimately they weren't able to work in a lot of open-ended questions so had to resort to...
this is true, although memory is a facet of overall intelligence e.g., how well someone can retain and recall information.
i think the important thing with Keyes is that he was very unlike the bravado killers such as the Zodiac. you get the impression from his interviews that there were...
to add on - i do kind of have some doubts about him misremembering though. it's true that regardless of IQ level, everyone at some point in their life has likely misremembered so it's not impossible that he truly mixed some facts around. but generally i do not believe Keyes was stupid and even...
those are good points.
it's endlessly frustrating to try to figure out the truth of what he said, what he might have been purposely flat out lying about, and what he might have thought was the truth but misremembered (like a victim having a "wealthy grandmother" when it might have been a...
interesting, thanks for the info. There’s a huge difference between 5’3-5’5 and 5’11 ugh  so frustrating. No wonder these cases remain unsolved with so much varying “evidence”
i watched the surveillance video again today after not having watched it in quite awhile. my very first gut reaction is that it is a female. From my experience, men by and large don't typically walk on their toes like that, though i'm not saying it's impossible. I believe officials also put the...
i'd be interested to know what the reasons they suspect him in her case are. off the top of my head there's the moving of her car, and also the construction work aspect. but there must be additional information about Keyes that fits with Jennifer's situation.
I will say, i did look again today...
i'm wondering how someone who was strangled could be ruled an accidental death...any medical people here have an idea? what accidental situations would cause the hyoid bone to be broken or fractured like it is with strangulation?
It's no surprise that ever since reading Maureen Callahan's book about IK, i've felt pretty strongly and been vocal about the possibility of Brandon being a Keyes' victim. I know a lot of people (most, i think) don't agree and that's fine. I could be wrong. I do feel like there's a decent amount...
re: the muffins that JS dropped off......i know it's obviously totally different circumstances but for some reason that made me immediately think of Brian Laundrie's parents having donuts delivered to their house. Seemingly lack of urgency/concern? things that make you go hmmm.....o_O
BBM...so just hypothetically if that were the case, do you believe PM's murder (and MM's by proxy) to be unrelated to the boating death of MB? The media always talks about them together so i've always just been thinking PM's murder was tied to his court case/Mallory's death and MM was a witness...
The weird thing tho is that AM and MM were shot…well…efficiently for lack of a better word…but they shot multiple times at AM and he doesn’t have a life threatening injury? They want him to live so they can continue to make his life hell…IMO
given how rural and relatively small area both the PM and MM's murders and AM's shooting occurred in, combined with how well known the family is, i highly doubt the two are unrelated. It's possible, but lightning isn't very likely to strike twice. Maybe some vigilante justice going on....
