To clarify my thinking...Has the judge ruled on whether the search warrant was correctly enacted at 4 JX? So, the judge rejected the motion to move the trial and that the warrant was overly broad. Anything else I'm missing from this 3-day series of hearings?

The searches of 4 JX should be accepted as the circumstances were exigent. If I remember from the pictures, etc. at the time, Mama A didn't even go into the house and was outside and left. I couldn't find the original article but this one has some of the pictures from the original story...
