JS's continued appeals to delay and accommodate MT. Guess he forgot that the informal discussions were heading for a first of 2023 trial OR he thought he could bully the court to accommodate his client's personal schedule.
From the same article:
“If we're going to have jury selection, which...
I am concerned that if the jury is selected early, the Troconis side show will really ramp up its interviews, appeals, asking for repeats of the lovely ABC interviews the family has done, etc.
Fortunately much of that will be during the holidays, so public attention should be diverted...
Good memory....Attorney Phufas was a NY attorney if I remember correctly with a small practice.
It was also in that deposition that FD stated that some cars in question had been shipped back from Greece also. The car involved with the accident involving his mother was one of them.
I was...
I was thinking about FD's sister, who would proclaim that FD found those clothes on his back patio and had to quickly get rid of them as MT would be upset.
Thought about jury selection and then delaying the trial. That, IMO, would not work. You would have a potential jury sitting around, supposedly not being influenced by the media etc. for several months.
Again, IMO, that can't be allowed to happen. When I sat on criminal trial juries, the...
Thanks Seattle....If timelines remain, they should have been submitted two weeks ago?
I guess JS can claim the prosecution was withholding information? Not enough time to schedule his witnesses to arrive from out-of-town?
I can't wait for this to start, but they haven't even finished with...
I, too, am amazed!
Now I begin to wonder who will be witnesses for both sides. I saw the NBC CT news video in which Schoenhorn references out-of-state witnesses, older witnesses, etc. Who could those possibly be? I imagine JS will be calling experts. Maybe they are old experts?
Who do you...
To clarify my thinking...Has the judge ruled on whether the search warrant was correctly enacted at 4 JX?
So, the judge rejected the motion to move the trial and that the warrant was overly broad. Anything else I'm missing from this 3-day series of hearings?
Agree,,,AND, Kudos to you for forwarding the tweet to Michelle Manning. I especially agree that knowing how much so many still care about JFD and the route MT and her counsel seem to be taking is very important.
Totally agree...I've always wondered if a "diminished capacity to get it" defense might work...SMH.
Whoever is posting is suffering from a diminished capacity for consideration of minor children of the deceased, however. Publicly stating as fact allegations that were never proved or heard...
In the last months of JFD's life there were a flurry of motions in the divorce case. In response to JFD requesting financial records from FD filed a request for emergency custody request of the minor children. This was never settled and was initially denied by judge Heller.
If you go to the...
The MT interpretation of Pyrtranker's testimony bothers me. Either whoever is posting those tweets (or MT herself) is not a very discerning listener.
Pytranker said, "...he BELIEVES he told his client...
That is NOT a statement of certainty. He DID NOT say I specifically told FD....blah...
According to the Ct Court Case Lookup the next hearing is September 13th.
The 16th is obviously a journalistic typo or reporting error. Thanks for your "catch."
This is a good video with Marissa Alter reporting:

The judge ruled that the warrant was not overly broad, but JS is arguing...
I can't open and read the Stamford Advocate article, but the following Fox News Article has more detail about the discussion about the search warrants and the next trial date...
This following article lacks clarity. of what was happening when, but it's a start:
https://www.wtnh.com/news/connecticut/judge-expects-to-issue-rulings-on-motions-in-sept-for-michelle-troconis-case/
Since we're already "in September" it's unclear what the judge will address, but the article...
The searches of 4 JX should be accepted as the circumstances were exigent. If I remember from the pictures, etc. at the time, Mama A didn't even go into the house and was outside and left.
I couldn't find the original article but this one has some of the pictures from the original story...
