With all the information against SC, I would speculate that Apo will eventually tell SC the jury is going to find him guilty and in order to reduce the sentence, SC will have to enter a plea bargain like revealing exactly what happened? Am I wrong with this speculation?
Thank you for your input Puakenikeni! I have been following this case since it broke in February 2014. Real life gets in the way, so I am not always able to absorb all the details. My questions are for those who may know more than me. I have not studied the classical traits of a psychopath...

Im curious what history of behavior SC exhibited before 2014 that would indicate a psychopath with the potential to commit murder?
Since he had a number of female and male friends, I would assume his psychopathic behavior was not obvious enough to scare them away?
Apparently, he was not...
I also wanted to mention looking at Cassie's Facebook postings in 2014 between February and May 2014 for any indication of her regret for meeting SC and sympathy for Charli. I saw nothing.
I thought she would have been in a depressed mood due to the situation, however I was shocked to see...
SC is on trial for murder and Cassie considers him a liar, yet I find it strange that Cassie to this day still has a picture of SC and her together on her Facebook. You would think she would want to distance herself from him? Perhaps she is just a naive young lady and I am reading too much into...
Like I mentioned, how I am baffled with SC thinking he would get away with murder knowing he would be the last one with Charli, and all fingers would be pointing at him. Perhaps the one finger that would not point at him would be Cassie, the one he was infatuated with? If he thought Cassie would...
Ever since this case became front page news in February 2014, it has continuously baffled me how SC could think he would get away with murder knowing he would be the last one with Charli. And all fingers would be pointing at him and he would be an outcast with the community and his friends...
I believe SC is 6 feet tall. I myself am 5 foot 10 inches tall. We both are about the same in weight. I wear a 32 inch waist and 32 inch long pants. A 30 inch long pants would be a little short, unless one is wearing work boots. I would say the pants match SC build, however I'm not sure how the...
Does anyone think Rivera is saving the most incriminating evidence against SC for the end of the trial?
I'm new to prosecution strategy, but I would speculate that is what Rivera is building towards.
Someone here in the past posted a song by Insane Clown Posse which I believe was on SC Facebook
Does anyone remember the song title or have the link to that post? I believe the song had reference to murder and a lake which led to speculation that SC may have disposed of the body in a lake.
Any speculation if SC Facebook posts that cast a negative light on his character and thoughts of murder will be used in the trial?
Although controversial, I also feel the negative lyrics of Insane Clown Posse could have planted seeds in his young impressionable mind and contributed to his...
I spoke with a person very close to the investigation two days ago and was told there are new developments in the case, but nothing can yet be publically disclosed. Hopefully todays arrest of SC for burglary will help lead to an eventual conviction!
Does anyone know the following information on Steven Capobianco?
Date of birth?
Month, day, year
Place of birth?
City and state
This is key information that will help with the case.
Thank you
