I wonder how LE are so sure there’s no foul play involved. She wasn’t very old. How do they know without an autopsy she wasn't strangled or something? It said they stopped investigating. Her children thought the situation very strange.

Her body was found during the night in Escondido. A woman’s Body found in her van with her license plates in a dirt lot across from a restaurant. The police don’t believe foul play. Still being investigated. Not much info at this time. I live in the area and it’s on the early morning news.

This is on local news all day. Reopening the investigation. I hope they really investigate. It’s suppose to be by fresh eyes. I am sure it’s Gores fear of losing in the election bringing this about.

Zahaus better be ready for what? They’re victims. They didn’t lie nor have connections, money or anything else. I think 9 out of 12 people across the country believe he’s guilty, not just these jurors. I doubt he will fare better in an appeal....what do they have to appeal...

Greer did say it’s not over. He expects appeals from this group. They come from all over the country. But it’s not about the money to the family. They know they won’t see money from that ....

Greer just talked about how happy they were. He brought the knife to the show and demonstrated how she was holding it behind her back. I am not sure what that meant. Also talked a small amount about the evidence. And the news team stated that Gore would be on next hour and what would he like...

There should be a lot of pressure on the sheriff to reopen the case. I doubt they will but they should! I am so happy.

The news reported here that Greer asked for an unspecified amount that the jury felt a family or the mother would be due if she, the daughter, was murdered.

I think it sounds like him. AS. Just plain weird like him. Nothing that Rebecca would say.

My note to Mr. Greer would be: I already believe RZ was murdered. Not suicide. However I am not totally convinced AS did it since no direct evidence. The things that do bug me about him is his odd personality, but that doesn’t mean much. But the ridiculous comment he yelled at poor...
